Black River Residential LLC

i wold like black river to fix the leaks in the roof over deck. also i want the 6 inch seamless gutters put up. and the small ramp built at the step down between the living room and laundry room. i would like this work done in the next 2 to 3 weeks.

DO NOT use Black River Residential unless you want your project poorly done and left incomplete. It took way too long to build a concrete paver patio and enclose a corner of our house into a screened porch. After 6½ weeks the project was incomplete. BRR said the project would take two weeks depending upon weather. BRR knew there was work to complete, but asked for payment. Later he advised he had other projects he was working on at the same time. BRR never returned to complete our project. We had to hire two companies to finish along with our doing some of the work. We called him often to find out when his guys would be on site to no avail. One corner of the roof was not fastened to the wood framing, the edge of the new roof leaked. The screened door was warped and will need to be replaced. When we contracted with BRR he made it very clear that once he started work on our project he would concentrate on our project before moving on to another project. That simply did not happen.

We will be using Black River Residential again in the future. They were reliable and helped us with a couple different issues we had on our house. They communicated with us on everything and took pictures along the way to send to us. I can’t thank them enough for helping us.

These guys are fantastic! Showed up when they said they would, went above and beyond to make sure what we wanted could be done. The work they did was fast yet done exceptionally well. I am looking for more projects around the house to call them back for!

Tyler and Bailey did an Awesome job!! They kept me updated throughout the project. The work was beautifully done, with care. They went above and beyond offering suggestions and ideas as they went through the building process. I highly recommend them and I will definitely have them back to do additional work for me.
