John designed and delivered a great fence, functional, practical and aesthetically appealing. He step up to do the job and took another step forward to problem solve issues we had not foreseen in a practical and effective manner. He is a professional and pleasure to work with.

John has performed multiple projects for me and in doing so demonstrated excellent workmanship. He renovated my bathroom, built and stained a fence, put in a concrete patio, and also re-dry walled and painted my guest room. John is flexible and such a kind and considerate man. He is always on time and communicates well which I appreciate as someone who works in, and expects, good customer service. John is number one in my book and I will continue to call him first for all of my home projects.

John and Erna renovated two bathrooms for us. The craftsmanship and attention to detail was absolutely perfect. But that’s not all! Their design skills and communication were outstanding. We had to be out of town during the construction and they were fantastic about being in touch: we had frequent video meetings to see the progress and they were instantly responsive to any question. We cannot say enough good things about them!! Oh, and check out the gorgeous custom shelves he added to the bathroom using beautiful Alaskan yellow cedar!!

John is amazing! He rescued my primary bathroom renovation. It turned out so well I had him renovate my guest bathroom and kitchen, too. He communicated with me every step of the way. When John is on the job, I trust the work is done well and it is performed within the discussed timeframe.

John is outstanding . He enjoys problem solving. He removed our driveway to replace 40 year old cast iron sewage pipes and installed a new driveway. Another job was to up grade our laundry room. He returns phone calls made to him on Sunday’s . He will tell you he will be there at 7:00am but he will arrive at 6:30am. He is allows 30 minutes early. He strives to make his clients . I consider him the Nordstrom’s of contractors.

John has helped with the redesign of out outdoor patio and pool area. His design ideas and craftsmanship transformed our outdated outdoor living areas into the modern look were hoping for. His pricing is very competitive. As a veteran he brings a professional work ethic that is sometimes lacking in this business environment. John is our go to contractor for all of our concrete and fencing needs.

John has performed multiple projects for us over the years and has demonstrated incredible workmanship - the best I have ever seen. As a US Navy veteran he is very professional and always goes above the call of duty.

John did an excellent job on our wall and getting us through the permit and inspection process. It was a large project and the end result was excellent! The wall required a 4'x1' footing with an 18" key. The wall was laid and filled in multiple steps to accommodate the inspectors due to the size of the wall. Drainage was installed as per code and the backfill was compacted. It was finished with stucco giving it a nice appearance. The driveway was replaced during this project as the slope was wrong and water shed towards the house. Now all the water goes where it should! This project included demo of the old failing wall and the driveway.
