"I compensated the customer for the delay in mowing. I went from 4 consecutive cuts to every other week or as needed. I also informed the customer that leafs were part of the deal. The customer didn't want leaves done or a final cut as the fall cool down slowed the growth of grass. I don't do leaves for free and that's what the customer wanted me to do/ which was mow through the leaves and mulch them with out compensation. Sorry but the customer didn't follow through with the agreement."
"The customer was correct in her review. I did the best I could. The customer was more generous with her review than expected. The customer said they would hire again. Its really important to know your weak areas and improve them."
"Yes the customer is correct and I agree with their review. It was a very difficult year. A lot of weather, mechanical issues and a personal injury made it very difficult to execute my plan. I learned a lot from this experience. I had a plan but do to the issues the customer mentioned the plan was not executed properly. All I can do is learn from my mistakes and hopefully next year be better prepared to do an Angies List Big Deal."
"My company was not hired through Angies List by this customer. The customer found out that I was a business member and decided to write a review about their experience with my company, even after doing business for 2 years. So if they were not happy, why did we do repeat business? I didn't really care for the review because its based on a private hire away from Angies list. Sorry you weren't happy with the services."
"I DID COMPLETE BIG DEAL OFFER OF 4 CUTS. I OFFERED 4 FREE CUTS FOR APRIL 2016. CUSTOMER DIDNT EXCEPT SORRY CANT PLEASE EVERYONE. AND I DONT DO WORK FOR FREE. THE CUSTOMER EXPECTED ME TO DO THE LEAVES FOR FREE LAST FALL 2015."
"I cut the customers yard the week of the 4th of july. Then there was rain the following week followed by very hot tempatures after the rain moved out. The first cut the week of the 4th of july, it was very tall and I waived my overgrowth fee to accommodate the customer. Also I explained to the customer that do to the weather pattern I could not guarantee on time mowing. Also, I was only called a few times before the first cut and I was never contacted again. I made an attempt to contact customer to discuss the review and the customer didn't want to discuss the review and hung up the phone."
