Amber is very nice, professional, and easy to communicate with. She clearly worked h****** the important areas and the hardest to clean stuff. Some minor work was skipped (but in all fairness, it was dark and we didn't have nearly enough light in the then-empty house).  I would hire her again. <br /> I'm writing this review quite a while after the service was performed and cannot recall the price paid at the time (that is why it says $1.00, since it is a mandatory field). I did price-shop the job, and her quote was right in line or better than the others. <br /> Amber struck me as trustworthy enough that I paid her before the job was done and left a her a key to lock up when she was finished. Plus she gets huge praise for working my awkward time requirements into her busy schedule... working into the night. Hire her, you will like her. <br /> <br /> <br />

Service was scheduled for 2 weeks. Less than 24 hours before scheduled cleaning time, cleaner emailed saying her husband thought she had too many and so she cancelled on us.

Amber came to the house to do a detailed deep cleaning after a remodel was completed.  I am sorry to say the contractors were very unprofessional, messy and needless to say did not cleanup after them self's (wish I had chosen one from Angie's List), a remodel from h***.  I had made contact with Amber to request a quote about four months prior to the remodel.  After the initial interview my wife and I thought she was very professional, well prepared and really liked her however; decided to hold of on her services at that time.  We had learned that one of our neighbors had retained her services and had nothing but good things to say which confirmed our impressions from the first interview we had with Amber.  After the remodel we decided the only way to get the house truly clean after the mess from the contractors was to have someone in to help so; we called Amber!!!  When I called her to schedule a time she was very busy and said she would have to give me a call back, to my surprise my call was returned promptly and was just as just as pleasant as I remembered from our first meeting!!!  At this point I put her in touch with my wife and they scheduled a time for her to come clean the house.  The house was such a mess with plaster dust on everything from the furniture (dark leather), wall to wall mirrors, new wood flooring, blinds and paint residue on the floor and downstairs bathroom, I did not expect much when I left for work the day she was scheduled to come by.  My wife was so; impressed with the results she called me with updates and retain her services on a regular basis with twice monthly visits however; I still skeptical and was with holding my judgement and decision until I got home from work to see the results my self.  Wow was a very pleasantly surprised, the house looked great, she did an awesome job, I could not find one spec of plaster dust, the floors were dark and rich with the wood gran, the mirrors were spotless and shiny, I have never seen the blinds look so good (maybe I won't have to replace them), kitchen cabinets were all wiped down looking good, counter tops sparkled and the upstairs looked just as good!!!!  Needless to say I have to agree with my wife, the house really did look spectacular!!  Amber did everything promised; an outstanding job and I am happy to say that we have retained her services on a regular basis!!!  <br /> <br />

I purchased the housecleaning service for $59.  Came on time and cleaned our 1500 square foot home.  Did a great job.  Yes, I would recommend.  I probably would not use them again because I already have a service that I use that comes out every other week.  I just had a lot of company in town that month and needed extra cleaning and for $59 you can't beat that. <br />

First I have to say that my house is very disorganized and really needed cleaning.  This was an Angie's List "Big Deal" for 3 hours of deep housecleaning.  I knew that not all of my house could be cleaned in that time because of the condition.  So, I had her clean my two upstairs bathrooms and the kitchen (mainly cleaning the blinds over the kitchen sink). <br /> The person who did the cleaning was not the owner (I can't remember her name now). <br /> She did a decent job cleaning and was on time.  However, I gave it a "B" because she didn't put things back afterwards (the window topper was still pushed up over the rod out of the way; stuff that was on the bathroom counter was on the floor). <br /> I am undecided as to whether I would use this service again. <br />

Sorry, it's been a while ago, and I don't remember all the specifics.  I am looking for someone to hire on a monthly basis and use the Angi's List offers to "try out" different providers. I do remember that Amber was very pleasant to deal with when scheduling my appointment.  The cleaning team was efficient, but I wasn't "thrilled" with the job that they did.  One bathroom was not cleaned (that may have been a communication issue).  I can't recall the other reasons at this time, but I do know that my thoughts were "I'll keep looking".  I did not call Amber about this for two reasons.. 1) I am not a complainer and I realize I received a discounted price (I don't recall what I paid) and 2) I felt if Amber wanted feedback from a first time customer, she would have contact me. <br />

I didn’t spend anymore than the coupon amount.  The service was okay.  It was not extremely positive and there was nothing negative either, it was fine.

I think she will have a great company in the future and it will all work <br /> out for her, but she is still in the learning phase of many things. <br /> I wish her well. <br />

She was extremely thorough and I'm even considering them coming out on a regular basis! She was very easy to talk to, very accomodating and friendly. Most importantly, we felt very safe and secure letting her in our home.

This service was exactly what was promised.  The cleaner came at the agreed time and completed all the tasks that I had on my list...AND MORE!  She was so quick to complete the work I almost ran out of things for her to do.  The best part, she did the work as thorough as I would have done it myself.  This is very unusual.  She was pleasant and we were able to communicate well about what I wanted.  I liked the service so much I decided to use them on a regular basis. <br />

It was a big mess and I hated them. Two sets of people came. On a scale of 1-10, they did a 3. They didn't do stuff right so they had to come back and a different crew came. The worker people were nice; they were fine. It was just a mess and I was quite p*ssed off. It was ridiculous and it was days of this going on. I paid them off and said no more. I hired somebody separate through them for the carpet and they did a mediocre job. The effect was all dismal. The price would have been fine but they made it so uncomfortable and they kept trying to jack it around.

I called the number and Amber called me back the next day. The original plan is having her come to the condo and make an eatimation ; however, she was sick so she was willing to give me an eatimate on the phone. Amber is very responsive and honest. She texted me during her job and informed me of her progress. Overall, I am very satisfied. <br />

Amber and her company are as professional as you can get. They are thorough, and punctual. They did a great first time deep cleaning. I have a large home and 3 hours didn't seem like alot of time. But they got it done and it was fantastic. We had a lot of construction prior to Thanksgiving so there was alot to clean up. They even used a straight edge razor on the floors to clean up all the paint that had dropped! Awesome company. You won't go wrong with them. Amber is very easy to talk to and will do everything in her power to clean your home just the way you want.  <br />

Housecleaner brout all required equipment, arrived on time, and stayed a bit longer than contracted 3-hour limit. She was very responsive to requests and extremely thorough. <br />

Jayna arrived a few minutes early with all her supplies, and a friendly, out-going personality.  She set to work immediately, cleaning my floors and downstairs bath.    She moved furniture as needed, rolled up rugs to clean under them, and vacuumed, swept, mopped, and scrubbed vigorously.  She was very thorough and worked quickly, but did not rush the job. <br /> She actually provided more than the 3 hours that I paid for, because she wanted to finish all the rooms.  We chatted from time to time, but she did not stop working. <br /> I am very pleased by the quality of the cleaning, and the professionalism,  and would be happy to use this company (and Jayna) again. <br />

I was very  pleased with the service provided by Blasingame cleaning, <br /> they were punctual and very professional. They did an excellent job, <br /> much better than other cleaning services I have used in the past that <br /> charge $200 for their so called "detailed cleaning." <br /> I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good and reliable cleaning service. Loved the person they sent to clean. very professional, sweet and cleaned very well. I paid for a 3 hour coupon. Wish I could have kept her longer. The owner is awesome. Very professional. Great communication. I will definitely use them again. <br />

I met with Amber and one of her employees, Marco. I was immediately pleased with their demeanor, professionalism, and eagerness to do the job in a satisfactory way. I hired them and we scheduled a cleaning date. I appreciated the fact that Amber was more than willing to schedule the cleaning as soon as possible, but in retrospect, I had my concerns as she had already scheduled another deep cleaning that same morning so ours would follow that one later in the afternoon. I don't really know if this affected the quality of the work or not, it has just been a lingering doubt I've had. Amber presented me with a contract and a comprehensive list of the services she and Marco would perform and it seemed fair to me. The price she quoted was quite expensive, $280 ( I received an Angie's List discount of 15%), but for a thorough <strong>deep cleaning</strong>, I was willing to spend the money to feel that my house would be restored to comfort and the level of cleanliness that I expect. <br /> Amber and Marco arrived on time. My husband was at home while I was at work that day. When I arrived home that afternoon around 4:30, Amber said that they were nearing completion. I was a bit surprised as they had only been there for about 2 1/2 hours. Apparently Marco spent most of the time in the kitchen and Amber cleaned the rest of the house. The house did smell fresh so I was pleased at that point. <br /> Amber and Marco were ready to leave about an hour later. We were sitting down to dinner as our son was visiting, but almost immediately started to notice things that were not quite right. My husband ran out to the front yard to catch Amber and Marco to ask them to come back in and complete a couple of things: the ceiling fan in the kitchen, which was layered with dirt and dust (couldn't believe this was not noticed all afternoon), and vacuuming the sofa in the family room (it is a large chocolate brown sofa so the dirt and dust is not easily missed). <br /> The next evening when I had had time to thoroughly go through the house to check on the work, I was heartsick to be honest. The level of cleaning that we received was NOT a deep cleaning at all. I felt duped to be quite honest. Again, looking back, I should have called a lady that had cleaned my house in the past to clean up. I could have paid her less than half the money and at least received the same quality of work. But again, I hired Blasingame for a <strong>professional deep cleaning.</strong> <br /> In fairness, and the reason I hesitated for so long to write this review, is that I truly do not want to harm Amber's business at all. I wrote a lengthy list of complaints to Amber shortly after her services were rendered. She was, I believe, genuinely surprised, and extremely apologetic. She truly bent over backwards to try to make this right. She and Marco came back to our home to correct several of the items I had pointed out in my letter to her. She also called and sent me a note afterward that was very kind. I appreciate the responsibility she took as, sadly, too few people to so these days it seems. Although, I will not be using Blasingame services in the future, I truly do not want my experience alone to be a reason that others do not hire her in the future. <br />
