Lou did a fantastic job cleaning my carpets. It’s a rental, so the carpet has had some wear. Lou was early and he also answered all my questions. He did a thorough job; he even gave me the name and number of a carpet guy for when I decide to replace my existing carpet. I used Lou and his company 5 years, and I will use him again. He’s honest, and he guarantees his work.

It went very well lou and his help showed up on time paid close attention to not mark any walls with the equipment they cleaned my rugs better than I could have hoped for and they set big dryers up to quickly dry my rugs as they finished each area

I manage single-family residences in our county and have used this carpet cleaning company exclusively for nearly twenty years. <br /> They are very accommodating in finding space for me in their busy schedule, and they remind me in advance so I can, in turn remind the tenants.  They're very punctual (often early) and are careful as they load-in their hoses and equipment.  Many of our family live nearby and B&L has cleaned the carpets in all of their homes (some several times).  This is a family-owned firm that takes pride in the quality of their work.  I've received compliments from several tenants on the great job B&L did in their homes and my family has always been very pleased with them.  I've been offered "deals" from competing firms but I continue to use B&L because they've earned my business with their prompt response, dependability and the high quality of their work!
