I called them to repair part of my roof. They were very helpful in providing me solution to problem, they were creative about it and the cost was fine. They were reliable, came back right away to fixed it when they got the supplies.

They showed up when they said they would. Quoted a reasonable price. Then completed the work the same day. I will hire them again for other work to my home

I was amazed at how quickly and professionally the job was handled and for a very reasonable price. He guarantees his work for a year so you also have piece of mind which is great for a roof leak. He matched the shingles perfectly and all repair work was completely invisible which is how it should be! I'm going to refer BLH to anyone I know with roof problems, siding, or gutter as well! BLH Roofing met with us twice to set up the project. He was very responsive and professional at first. His price <br /> was fair and we were confident in his services. Everything went great AT FIRST. <br /> the project took 3-4 days as was stated. BHL's partner (Rock Home Improvements) <br /> came on site on October 6th for the final payment (we paid half of the cost up <br /> front). My husband did a final walk through and found errors in their work. <br /> They incorrectly installed the second floor siding and window wrap. Rock Home <br /> Improvements agreed that this was not installed as was discussed and stated it <br /> would be fixed. The back porch lights were reinstalled incorrectly and one no <br /> longer worked. A vent was covered up with siding and needed to be fixed. <br /> Lastly, the gutter was not put back after the siding was installed and was <br /> laying on the ground. The materials were left on our parking pad for a month <br /> and a half before they finally came and removed them after several emails <br /> requesting that it be removed. <br /> They stated they would be back to make these updates and withheld $300 until <br /> these repairs were completed. After a month we started texting and emailing. <br /> Sometimes they responded and sometimes there did  not. They kept putting us off that they had <br /> ordered parts. FINALLY, after 2 months and many emails (threating to call the <br /> BBB) they showed up and fixed the back porch lights and the covered vent. They <br /> never showed up again to correct the front window (which now looks terrible) <br /> and to install the gutter that they had removed. Subsequently, they never <br /> inquired nor received the final $300. It has been over 4 months since the <br /> original install and we have to hire someone else to fix their mistakes. <br /> <br /> <br />
