Great, dropped them off. They called the next day and gave me an estimate. Finished the same day. I wish I would of found them when I owned my old house. There I took them into a blind place on the west side of town, and they wanted to charge me $125 each one- so I ended up buying new ones.

The technician, Jeffery, arrived on time and made the repair quickly and efficiently. He was courteous and obviously knew what he was doing. <br /> I knew what the approx. cost was going to be for a service call vs. taking the blind to their shop for repair. However I was not physically able to do that so opted for home service. Jeffery, however, did give me a 10% senior discount which I greatly appreciate! <br />

He was willing to come out even though he did not do the original installation. Other companies I had called refused to repair blinds that they did not originally install. He came right out and did a terrific job. He was a really nice guy and knew exactly what he was doing. He knew exactly what the problem was and then explained to me how to prevent that in the future. He also said that he cleans blinds as well so I saved his information for future use.
