We were impressed by Austin's presentation and demeanor and arranged for plow services for a Milford, NH rental property. His arrival was delayed in the first storm due to a mechanical issue with his plow, but he communicated with us promptly and ultimately did the job very well. We paid immediately. Just now at the start of a storm, he told us his plow was not working and he would not be able to come. He also told us he had misestimated the distance and time to do the job and would not be able to plow in the future, which he never mentioned after the first snowstorm. We asked for help arranging for a backup option or a delayed plow for the storm and he said he couldn't help, saying he didn't know anyone. He got defensive when we said we felt it was irresponsible to leave us in the lurch. A one person shop is always vulnerable to breakdowns, and he is 2 for 2 at the beginning of the season. He doesn't seem to have a network of colleagues to help out. Disappointed.

Austin has done several jobs for me including moving 3 tons of pellets from my driveway to my basement, yard work, snow removal and picking up my pellet stove. He maintained a positive attitude while moving 3 tons of pellets in 90 degree heat and high humidity, a true testament to his strong work ethic. He is extremely reliable, conscientious and affordable. Definitely will hire again!
