I could not be happier with BLT Garage Door's service-100% friendly, fast, fair, and professional. From the various vendors contacted, BLT Garage Door was the only one to actually respond to the details I submitted and was already providing a possible diagnosis to the problem. After a quick phone call, we further solidified initial options to solving the problem. When Charlie arrived, he started by doing quick troubleshooting to see if any quick fixes would help. We then discussed next steps. Charlie was great at providing options, letting me know what is the minimum that needed to happen to fix the problem, discuss if an option would take time (like a warranty fix), and then giving me what I felt was a more than fair price for the work agreed to. 45 min later, my garage was working again. He then pointed out some other items that would help improve the function of my garage door that I could explore getting fixed until my current warranty, and also reviewed how to care for my garage door going forward. I know who I'm looking for if I need more service on this door and also, when I decide to upgrade to a better unit. Thanks, Charlie, for the friendly, fast, fair, and professional service.

Charlie tested the wall switch and found it was working fine, but also found a short in the wire between the unit and the wall switch. Fixed it and it was working fine! Also greased the springs and bearings and they sound fine! Great experience! Will use him again!
