Great quality service

I put a request into Angie's List at 7:30am. Travis called me within 30 minutes. Even though he was working a job several hours away, he said he could stop by that evening. He called me when he was on his way and he arrived when he said he would. He looked at the issues and said he would give me a quote by the next day. I received the quote the next morning. I was happy with the numbers and asked when it could be done, he said he would need to go to Houston to get the parts, he said he could have it completed within the next day and a half. Travis was dead on. I really appreciate him driving all the way to Houston to get the parts, I feel he went out of his way to take care of my issues. I had contacted 3-4 other companies even my pool builder and they told me they would get back to me, I still have not heard from them. Blue Bayou Pools (Travis) had my pool up in running within the week, even with the shortage of parts. I will be using Blue Bayou Pools from now on.

Travis did a great job and performed the work at a very fair price. Communication was excellent and work performed was high quality. Travis also did some repair of my pool deck, and again did a great job for a great price!

Pool and deck area now looks fantastic. They took our non functioning 1990s pool with chipped tile, cracked plaster and refinished, re-plumbed and made it so beautiful. Travis had great ideas on more modern/high end finishes than the builder grade pool we had. He made all of our ideas come to life and added such an awesome center piece to our backyard. He added a beautiful waterfall and diving rock along with a new deck and patio. We are so pleased with our new pool. All the work done was top notch and at a fair price. Very easy to work with and will most definitely recommend to anyone looking to add, update or refinish a pool.
