Beware!!! ***THEY CHARGE FOR EMAILS*** Horrible, Unprofessional, and Unfair!!! We hired Blue Construction & Plumbing on October 11, 2021, and paid a deposit to do a bathroom remodel. We provided them with plans already done by an architect and approved by the city of Plantation. Blue Construction & Plumbing were to add themselves to the existing permit. The project was to begin at the beginning of January 2022. We followed up to make sure we would be on schedule, and per Javier and Hanne the permit was turned in to the city a few times, and the city kept losing it. We found that hard to believe because we have had 10 permits submitted by different contractors over the past 6 months, and none of them have had this issue. However, we gave Blue Construction & Plumbing representatives the benefit of the doubt and called the city to clarify. The city representative we spoke to was surprised; she stated that no permit had been turned in per the city records. After going back and forth with Blue Construction & Plumbing, we requested that they cancel the contract if they can not move forward. Sadly, we were informed that they would be deducted from our deposit for work done... this is shocking as nothing has been done by them. We paid for the plans done by the architect and the preliminary permitting fees with the city. We have been requesting a breakdown of the work done. Below is the email response to our request for a breakdown of the work done: "Just to make sure we are on the same page, you are asking us to keep putting time into this, every email we sent, every time we take to go over and sent you information, you understand this is going on the time we expend on your cancell project..." Yes, you read right. Blue Construction & Plumbing's idea of work done on a project is responding to the client's email. It must be nice! Needless to say, Blue Construction & Plumbing is deducting more than 2/3 of our deposit because they responded to our emails.  We find this abusive and unfair, so, unfortunately, we won't send any more emails because Blue Construction & Plumbing charges attorneys fees to respond to emails. So they'll be hearing from our attorney instead.

These people were perfect. Quick response time. Came on promised. Took the time needed to diagnose and fix the problem. Left me with no regrets. Tough finding reliable plumbers, but these people were the exception.

They got us up and running within hours. We had water that night. Now we are on Phase 2. Their follow-up is outstandingly professional.

Javier Andrade and Greenovate Builders are the worst contractors in South Florida. We signed a contact in February and work is still not completed. He does not respond to phone calls, emails or texts unless it is to collect money. He is unprofessional and unreliable. We have repeatedly asked when our work will be completed and we have never gotten an answer. Shame on us for thinking that Javier was a man of his word and would actually hold up his end of the contact we foolishly signed. We will now be forced to hire someone else because we can no longer trust Javier to finish this project.

They were prompt, polite, professionaland cleared up the problem each time. That's why after the first call ro them, I returned to Father & Son Plumbing when the second problem came up. Second call equally well resolved. The cost was competetive.

Did a great job; shortened the water heaters piping so we had enough space to install our washer and dryer side-by-side. Dryer wasn't working properly due to venting issues so the new vent straight outside (rather than up and through a goose neck vent) fixed the problem. Very responsive, friendly and prompt,

Great company, I finally found a good plumber. Two guys came out to do the job and they were very friendly and respectful, cleaned up after themselves and the price was more than fair. Wish I would have discovered this company earlier and will hire again.

I had a leak inside my bathroom wall, and couldn’t find the source of the leak. My husband tried for months to get to the root cause and he was not able to figure out where the leak was coming from. Water damaged the back of the sink and toilet wall, my husband broke the wall to get to the leak and still no luck. I finally had enough withy he bathroom situation and looked up a plumber in my area and I found this great company, they got to the root cause, finally noticed the leak was coming from under the toilet, so the seal needed to be replaced. With the seal replaced and no more water leaks all I need now is a good repair company for my wall! Thanks full service plumbing!!!

I was very pleased With their service! Very profesional and price was very reasonable.

The plumber was very nice.  He put plastic around my floor so he wouldn't dirty my bathroom and cleaned up when he was finished.  He needed to change the pipes in my wall in order to fix the pressure that was coming out of my shower.  I got an appointment the same week that I called the office.  The office manager called me when the job was complete to find out how satisfied I was.

It went very well this is my first time using Angie's list and I not only had constant communication with the owner but everything was taken care of in a professional manner. All my problems were corrected and there was even a follow up call to ensure everything went well. Very knowledgeable and great staff for both residential and commercial they have outdone themselves.
