Our experience with this moving company was horrific. DO NOT use them. They are not a professional moving company in any regard. We have extensive/expensive damage to our furniture and Cody, the owner, sold us a service that was not what we received. It began when they showed up two hours late for the job and they arrived in a small RENTED truck (they do not own their own truck...red flag for a "professional" moving company) and we were promised three men. Two men and what looked like a young student-aged kid showed up who stood around the entire day. My husband repeatedly had to ask him to do something. My husband had to work along side them the entire job because it was taking so long and they were incompetent. The crew showed up with NO tools and NO equipment. Cody said they could move our hot tub...and they showed up with noting to do the job. My husband had to go to a local hardware store to rent something to lift the tub with during which time they sat in their truck for an hour doing NOTHING. No work, just texting on their phones. Needless to say, the hot tub is completely damaged. It took from 10am until 5pm to load. That's a ridiculously long time to load a truck to move 8 miles down the road. They unloaded then left. They didn't even put any furniture back together and they FORGOT TWO ROOMS in our old house! That included my toddler's entire nursery and all the furniture in our guest bedroom. We had to load my father-in-law's truck at midnight with two rooms full of furniture that the movers forgot to even pack. They didn't have blankets to cover hardly any of our furniture so my $3000 mattress was laid on top of the dirty hot tub cover and now needs to be completely cleaned. We have sent pictures to Cody the owner, left voicemails and he refuses to pay for any of the damages or even REPLY. They cracked an $800 console table, used my leather couch as stepping stool during unloading and got their dirty boot marks all over it. There's screws, bolts, pieces missing so I can't put some of my toddler son's playroom furniture back together. Overall, Cody deserves to go out of business and his crew deserves a better boss to work for. Shame on you, Blue Diamond Moving. Don't be fooled by their cheaper cost....they are NOT professional movers.

Both Cody and Robert were friendly, treated our move respectfully and keep us on budget. Would highly recommend them! They worked together as a team, worked fast and were efficient. No need to call anyone else!

Punctual, fair priced, no hidden fees, polite, accommodating, easy to communicate with, professional, gentle with my stuff and very efficient! The two gentlemen were great. Very polite and courteous. It took longer than expected but they didn't complain. I would recommend them to anyone.

I mostly can say WOW! I talked to the movers that were working my move and they said they haven't been in business that long. Honestly they seem like they have been doing this for years. They went over the contract thoroughly and they made sure that I understood everything. The pricing was very reasonable and affordable too. They handled my belongings with care and made sure that I got everything to my new place safely. I would definitely recommend using Blue Diamond Moving for all your moves!! Thanks guys!

Probably the best handling I’ve ever experienced during my moving stages. Straight forward great prices and treats each customer with the individual attention as deserved. Overall greasiest moving experience hands down
