The owner Bill is very professional and knowledgable. The install looks great and he cleaned up thoroughly when finished. A great job done at a great price. Highly recommended as he's now our "go to" guy.

Bill was prompt, courteous and delivered as he promised. Although the time from when the estimate was provided to the completion of the work was untimely, it was not due to Blue Flame, but rather American Home Shield Warranty Company. The cost of materials and labor not covered by the warranty was minimal thanks to Bill's eagerness to help and get the job done. Bill's pricing is pretty average to the industry. As a new home owner the unexpected costs have set us back, but Bill did what he could to ease that burden. Thank you.

Excellent!! Bill explained the problem and gave me a price to repair. He ordered the part and came back in 2 days to fix as promised. I have used Blue Flame for the past 2 years for maintenance check up for furnace and air conditioning and have been pleased with the personal service that is provided. It’s a small business so the same person shows up for each appointment. The last company I used was larger and I had a different technician every time and didn’t feel like they knew me or my equipment. I have referred Blue Flame to family and friends
