Austin and Roger came out and were very friendly, professional, educational, patient and they were on time. Roger was very knowledgeable of the product he was repairing and new exactly what to do. It was a pleasure doing business with someone that was genuinely concerned and kind. He took time to explain the problem and was honest in his dealings. They completed the lon in no time and were very patient and understanding with me during my extended senior moment. I don't mind paying top money for top servise like I received. All of my family and friend circle will know about them. They are the ones I will call on for all of my service needs when possible. Thank you so much Austin and Roger.
