This plumbing company was the only one I could find that would give free quotes! Free quotes don't seem to exist like Angie's List/Home Advisor say they do. Unfortunately for me, they have a policy to do a free check of all the plumbing so they can recommend everything there possibly is to fix. I see how it could be good, but I just wanted a toilet fixed. This added a good bit of time to the visit and caused him to write up unnecessary quotes to try to sell me other things. Yersson was my plumber. He was very understanding and explained the company policy and quotes. In the end, I was able to negotiate the price to fix the toilet and his work appears top notch. He was also very personable and kept his mask on unlike some other servicemen I've dealt with recently... I was also promised a 1 year guarantee on the work. I would use them again.

This provider answered emails very quickly to set up an appointment time. They honored their fee quotes for my replacement fixtures. The technician was extremely knowledgable! He provided me with helpful information. In addition, he cleaned as he worked. Those surfaces can get pretty gross! I appreciated the pride he took in his work. He was very pleasant and this was an extremely wonderful experience. Thank you so much!

James is a really nice guy and he kept me informed throughout the entire job and Glenn was very helpful over the phone when I called. I had specified that I wanted the pipe to be copper and they were very helpful in putting a copper pipe instead of pex at my request. I had some problems finding a plumber that was willing to put in a copper pipe than pex tube. They were able to offer me a discount. It was just a great experience overall.

The two guys did a great job. They went to each bathroom in addition to my kitchen and looked to check for any issues. They found some that we knew we had. They came back in with a quote within 15 minutes and fixed all the clogged issues and installed the new faucet on my kitchen sink. They were very nice... answered all of my questions, gave us a discount and did not leave until i had checked all of the work and my husband and i were satisfied. Also gave a warranty of one year with the work and left some blue frog drain cleaner for me to use as needed. i was pleased!

Bluefrog's representative (TJ) did a great job. I had a leaky shower faucet which he fixed quickly and at a reasonable price. TJ was polite, honest, professional, respectful and knowledgeable. He sent an advance text notice and arrived exactly on time. The Charlotte franchisee owner (Glenn) answered the phone and set up the same-day appointment which was a nice plus. They did not charge for a fee for coming to the house just to give me quote which is what some big companies call "a dispatch fee". I would definitely recommend Bluefrog Plumbing + Drain of Charlotte and will use them again.

Great. The sink i bought was too tall so Bluefrog easily made all of the needed adjustments. They were quick and did a fantastic job. They even realized my toilet was running and fixed that too.
