Bluegrass Deck Service

All work was done mostly on time - some delay because of weather.

Called Mike for an estimate. He came the next day and gave me an estimate. He said he would be out in a couple of days depending on the weather. The cleaning and painting of the deck was completed within a week. Very professional.

GREAT service - they had suggestions for things that we wanted and the work was done in a timely manner - GREAT quality - all workers were pleasant and helpful when we had questions. Their cleanup was exemplary - nothing left - the area was perfect as well as the porch!!!! Prices very competitve with others that I received bids from. VERY PROFESSIONAL - I plan to have them do more work.

My. Madigan was very professional. Upfront about timelines, including to be prepared for weather delays. He completed the work over two days (one to clean, one to stain/seal) and the deck looks great.

Michael Madigan was wonderful.  I define wonderful as:  told him what I wanted, and he did it.  There wasn't a lot of back and forth, he came and did it, and sent his bill.  It was so quick and simple, which considering that pain it's been working with the landscaper I recently used, was refreshing.  I highly recommend Bluegrass Deck Service. <br>

Mike came the day after I called and provided an estimate. We got other estimates and Mikes price was the best and his company had very good ratings on Angle's List. He came and performed the service when we were out of town for 2 weeks. He did & fabulous job and waited till we reformed and he knew we were satisfied before billing us.

They do a pretty good job. They come when they say they are going to providing the weather provides. I would tell a friend or a family member to use them. Their price is pretty much in line with some people I have used several years ago. I would say that is pretty much the going rate. There is just one man doing it and it probably could be done faster, but he chooses to do all the work himself.

I will only use Bluegrass Deck Service to maintain my deck. I tried another company once & they did not come close to the quality you get from Mike Madigan. Mike shows up when he says he will & gets the job done pronto. He doesn't trample your flowers or tear up your grass and doesn't get stin all over the vinyl siding. My deck was badly weathered and now it looks brand new again. Mike Madigan is very professional & is a nice guy to deal with.

Mike was very polite and professional.  He informed me what was going to happen and then that is what happened.  We had a weather delay, but as soon as it was clear Mike was here to take care of the job. <br />

Mike came by to give us our estimate and we were very impressed.  The price was high, but less than I had in my head.  The job was perfection.  We are so pleased.  See you in three years guys.
