My heat stopped working without warning and the contractor that did the install happened to have retired. I asked around and was told about Brian at bluegrass and I gave him a call. He was able to make it out the next day for a service call. He kept me informed about the process and it turned out to be an exhaust blower that he took care of the same day. After some of the headaches I've had in the past, I've learned to appreciate great service when I find it. Bluegrass heating and air will definitly be on my call list.

Husband was deployed when my unit went out and Brian is a Veteran so I called him. He was prompt, informative and tried his best to fix without replacing. I was confident in what he told me and the work he done. Kept me posted on the progress and made the unit area look better than before he started. Does excellent work, cleans up when done. I wouldn’t use anyone else for my HVAC needs.

After determining contactor was good, looked for damaged wires against hot copper lines at outdoor unit. Wire touching hot copper line and wire insulation had melted causing a short and fuse to blow.
