Blue Heron Water Treatment and Well Service, LLC

System was installed 8 weeks ago with a broken canister which they said they would replace. Last night the system burst spraying water all over the basement in the middle of the night on a Saturday of course. We called the emergency service numerous times and no one called back. Meanwhile we have no water and our basement is flooded. I can?t recommend them. What company doesn?t respond to a true emergency?

They explained everything they needed to do. They did a good job at a fair price. Very happy with their work. Would definitely recommend

Our water supply in the house just suddenly stopped one Saturday morning. Now what to do? Not only we are new in the area, it’s also our first time having water well system and know nothing about it. Called several plumbing companies but they were either closed on weekends or no technicians on duty except the Blue Heron Water. I spoke with John, he was very professional and accommodating by the way. He sent Tommy, his technician to my address not long after we spoke. Tommy was efficient and helpful. He got our water running in no time and told us the root of the problem. He even briefed us about the system to get familiarize with and explain how the system/pumps works. All in all it was a great interactions with both John and Tommy. Thank you guys for the great service . I highly recommend this company. I will be calling Blue Heron from now on every time there’s an issue with my water well system.

It was a great experience using Blue Heron to solve my water problem. The first contact with John, who was very polite and patient, was great! He understood exactly what I needed and didn't try to make a bigger job than necessary. It was just the opposite, he worked around my limitations during the COVID-19 quarantine. The water collection for analysis was quick and professional, taking all the precautions during the middle of the pandemic. The posterior installation of the needed filter was exactly at the time and date fixed. It was executed by very knowledgeable professionals, who took a lot of care not to disturb any of the pre-existing installations. They checked the old system in place, and made the preventive/corrective work that was needed. The work area was completely clean after the job was done. The techs explained me what I needed to know in a very clear way. This was one of the best experiences I had fixing the problems of my 61 years' old home. For sure will be using them in the future.

The owner, John, and manager, Andrew, were very helpful and understood exactly what I wanted, unlike some others who wanted to replace the entire system, unnecessarily, and sight unseen. The service visit was delayed by recent severe weather, but Andrew kept me apprised by text of the status of the job. The team, Marty and Frank, were a little late arriving but did a thorough assessment of the equipment and replaced the worn valves at close to the originally estimated cost. If I need any more service on my 13 year old softener, they will be the first I call.

Our experience with Blue Heron was excellent. We hired this company to install an ultraviolet light on our well water system. Marty was our installer and my very fussy husband could not say enough about how professional and thorough he was. We had gotten three local estimates and Blue Heron beat the others by far. We checked their work by having our well water retested fo bacteria and it now comes back zero. Thank you Marty and Blue Heron. You are now our go to water service for all our needs!

John was very accommodating and friendly. His response time was swift. He was knowledgeable and willing to help install a water filtration system that wasnâ t apart of his companyâ s offerings. A lot of companies wonâ t touch a 3rd party system to install because they canâ t back the efficacy of it, but he and his team, as a local small business were willing to do so and place a guarantee for their work.
