Blue Ladder Roofing of Missouri

We had our home and shed roofs replaced by Blue Ladder Roofing a few months ago due to storm damage . The salesman working with us, Tristian Bihlmeier, seemed very professional from the day he first stopped by our house while he was in the neighborhood until the job was completed. He initially performed a thorough inspection of our roof and found significant damage. He seemed very knowledgeable about the claims process and met our adjuster to go over the damage he had found. Blue ladder removed and replaced our roof in a timely manner. We had a lot of roofing square footage since there were outbuildings included and the job was mostly complete in a single day and finished with a followup. Tristian was very organized and helpful throughout the process.

They did a fantastic job on my roof and all was professional. They had my roof on in about 8 hrs and the clean up was great no trace of them ever being there other than my new roof. I would highly recommend this company to my friends and family.

Blue Ladder was professional and fast. They replaced our old and damaged roof in one day, handled the insurance claims and submissions seamlessly, and really made it a pleasant experience for us. Would definitely recommend them to anyone in the St. Louis area.

From A to Z, Start to Finish (and beyond) this company and the people involved in my roof repair were nothing short of remarkable. Nathan Snyder was my sales rep and was Fantastic. Knowledgeable, kind, considerate, no hard pressure sales. He just simply stated facts easily to understand and was with me by follow up throughout the entire process. He sent a stand in to meet with the Insurance agent who was INCREDIBLE, Dillon. I really liked the was in which he spoke to and treated the insurance agent, very kind and very considerate. They worked in partnership easily. I also has the opportunity to meet the owner of the company this day--how great that he took the time to introduce himself. Dillon and Nathan went way beyond to find just the right type and color roofing that I wanted (not n their books, so they were able to obtain what I wanted) How many company's extend themself in this manner? The day of install was done by a very competent, efficient, and friendly crew--after they left you would never know they had been there, other than the wonderful new roof!
