Johnathan (770-654-8570) was prompt contacting me at first to get the job I had listed on Angi, and I gave them the job, they came out and did the work and I paid them and at that time they told me they were going out of business and this was the last job they were doing, so one juniper died and they didn't space the junipers correctly and there is an area in the front that needs 2 more to make it right, also there were supposed to be 30 and they only installed 29 so they needed to come back and place 3 junipers and I have talked to Johnathan several times and he is telling me he is not coming back and that I need to call Rolando (678-549-9342 the guy that did the job along with Johnathan) to come back and make it right, I told him he is the one that needs to get Rolando back out to finish, so he said Rolando is not responding to him so I reached out to Rolando and he is un-responsive, will not responsive to me either so I do not recommend these guys at all.

We hired Blue Ribbon Landscape and tree removal because of the reviews we saw on Angi's list or Angi. Blue Ribbon quoted 4 days, and we are going on a month and a half. I understand the amount of rain we had did hinder the start of the project, and there were days it rained too hard to come out and work, but on the days that were sunny and it didn't rain, they didn't show up consistently. They did pull up all of the grass, border, bushes, and stepping stones. They graded our yard and took out the Berm that kept the water from running toward our house. This caused a huge drainage problem. They made the drainage problem worse than what it was. Blue Ribbon has broken our irrigation system, they've pulled up and discarded our centricom termite system in the back yard, they removed bushes that weren't supposed to be removed, they did not lay the zoysia correctly. It's bumpy and not rolled properly. They didn't shape the zoysia, they just left it zigzagged, choppy and pieced together. There has been little to no communication with the Project Manager, Rolando. He ignores our calls and texts. I asked for a border to be installed to separate the mulch from the grass, that didn't happen. I also asked for border along both sides of the side walk. That also didn't happen. They also took stepping stones that are mine, from the house. To say we are extremely disappointed in the quality of work is an understatement. I thought Angi was a verified home improvement service, clearly Angi did not verify Blue Ribbons qualifications. The people that showed up and did the work did not know what they were doing. These are amateurs! not professional whatsoever!

I am very pleased with my service. The crew Marquis, Tyler and D-R that came to my home were amazing. Very professional, kind and respectful and took great pride in their work. After introducing themselves got straight to work and finished in about an half an hour. They were aware I wfh and couldn't speak with them so after completion gave me a follow up text to confirm everything was to my liking. If choosing this company for your lawn care services put a request in for these guys
