"We are so sorry to hear your unhappy with our work. Unfortunately we did not contract for us to repair or replace your underground drain pipe that has fell off your new downspouts installed. We also did not contract gutter spacers to be done. It’s quite unfair to be so harsh based on emotion. We are not in the businesses of working for free unfortunately we hope you understand. There is no start times in this you where informed every step of the way the entire process. You live in a secluded environment, a place harsh to access and far from our supply houses. Our hard working men had harsh terrains towing 15000 pounds of cargo to get your job done. So i must say things will not always be able to stay on course. Especially with adding Covid-19 delays to EVERYTHING. With that being said i do apologize that you feel the way you do. I would be more then happy to service your job based on the agreed work only. Not added free work."

"We are so sorry to hear your dissatisfaction with our services. We must say you have made the circumstances more than impossible to work with. We have went above and beyond to satisfy you, our first step in our attempt to satisfy you was to quote you 50% under market value for the services we provided. When that wasn’t good enough we also covered your taxes which was $1000. And because of our customer satisfaction guarantee we “also” waived 1000 equipment fee and covered that as well. With that being said , we also had multiple approvals from the homeowner [Member Name Removed], that the yard was okay to be driven through with the piece of machinery needed, I warned him that it was wet outside and the equipment could cause marks in the yard and he approved that was fine, then when it was damaged We were told multiple times it was fine by [Member Name Removed], we didn’t even need to fix it. Days later his girlfriend reached out with a long list of complaints leaving is a negative review on two databases, we still informed her we would fix it but when we arrived at her gated entrance multiple times, we were told we couldn’t come back to do the work. The gate manager had special instruction to not let us back by the girlfriend. After weeks of harassing emails from Barbara, the girlfriend we sadly informed miss Barbara we were unable to assist her at this point."
