Horrible! They are liars and thieves. Took our money and never took care of our roof. They have absolutely ruined our home! DO NOT hire these crooks posing as contractors. They don’t have the brains to actually fix or repair anything. Do not hire them under Weather Right Roofing either! Same incompetent crooks!

A little update for people on this site. While Blue Sky Roofing is languishing, these gentlemen have opened under another name "Weather Right Roofing". Buyer beware.

Overall, the stucco job was decent for a reasonable price. I also received a 4 ear warranty, when the rest of the bids we got offered only a two year warranty In the first year, we had a number of callbacks to fix minor defects. At times it could be trying to get someone to come and fix them, but eventually they came and repaired the defects we found at the time. There are still defects to fix. The bad news is that, as far as I can tell, this company is out of business. I called the owner's cell phone and the company phone, and both are no longer in service. The company web site is no longer available. NM Better Business Bureau's web site states that it believes that the company is no longer in business.

We found Sean Cramberg on Angie's list. At the time approximately a year and a half ago his review seemed great. We contacted Sean to have him evaluate our leak problem. He gave us a quote which seemed reasonable. He was very friendly to talk to and seemed to have plenty of experience in the field of roofing. Sean applied a Silicone based product to our flat roof and gave us a three year warranty. This house is a rental property and we do not live there. A few weeks back around October 1, 2017 I called my renter to have her check the interior of the garage for leaks. Sure enough water was leaking in at the exact same spot which was leaking prior to Sean doing work. I tried to call his telephone number but it just rings, rings and rings and then hangs up on you. After going back to Angie's list to make sure I was dialing the right telephone number, I see his good rating now have turned to straight F. I am also going to give him a big fat F. I would stay away from this roofing company and save your self the money of having to hire someone else to come out and do the job properly.

The roof has a long warranty as promised in writing by Blue Sky, but after 1 year a seam has separated. No problem, just contact Blue Sky for warranty work. EXCEPT the phone number on this site and printed on the Warranty is set to reject incoming calls (from any phone, I checked). The second number on the Warranty Card is never answered and messages are not replied to. Hard to understand how to get a warranty when the company refuses to answer calls. A quick review of NMCourts.gov shows multiple claims.

It seemed o.k. at first. Then a few months later the roof started leaking over the garage. We called and they came to fix it. A few months later it leaked again and we called several times, they broke appointments, didn't show, finally would come. Then it would leak again and same thing. Finally, it is leaking again, the company has no phone, I can't reach them. Their website is down. To trace. I called the State Secretary of States office but not record. The full warranty is until 10/26/2027

After they completed the work we were given a 3 year warranty. We are now trying to sell the home and during the home inspection, the inspector came across a few minor repairs that needed to be made. I tried calling them twice, on the 5th, with no avail. I tried again on Monday and Sean came out later that day, smelling of alcohol, he got on the roof and said that they would be back today, the 11th, at 9am to do the repairs. When it reached 9:20am, and they still hadn't arrived, we tried calling Sean to see if they were still coming out and he said that he was stuck in traffic and would be out soon. After waiting another 40 minutes they still hadn't arrived, so we tried calling back, a few times, and no one answered. I then tried calling them from my cell phone and as soon as I told Sean who I was, he hung up on me. Since we weren't getting anywhere with Sean, we then reached out to his dad, who is their Production Manager. The dad said that he would look into it and then get back in touch with us.

At our meeting, Sean and I got along really well. I felt comfortable enough with him to get a bid. It came out higher than other companies but I liked him well enough to renegotiate. He then offered a competitive bid so i decided go ahead and use this company. After the work was performed, I didn't think he had used enough material. I thought the job had turned out okay until the first rain, when the roof leaked. After it started leaking, I contacted Sean, who said he would come out the next day. That day I did not hear from him at all and he did not show. I let some time pass since we weren't having too many rains. I put some plastic over the table saw and put a bucket under the table to catch rain. I called again to try to get them back out, and I spoke with someone else and I told him that they needed to be sure to come out or we'd have problem.

2/1/17 Start work. Paid $500.00 to Sean Bramberg. 2/7/17 email to Doyle; Is there any update when you can finish the roof repair? 2/9/17 email from Doyle; sent 4 pictures of work in progress. 2/12/17 Sean reports completed. I asked about pictures. Sent 3 emails immediately. Said he had about 30 more to send. Would also deliver copy of warranty later. Made final payment of $406.75 to Sean Bramberg. 2/13/17 Rained last night. Four leaks in roof. Called Sean, my landline number is blocked. Called from cell phone and was answered, my cell phone had not been blocked . 2/15/17 email to Sean; haven't seen any of the 30 pictures. Delivery Notification: Delivery failed. Over quota. 2/15/17 email to Doyle; Expected you by in the 1:00 – 2:00 time frame this afternoon as you told me this morning. We stayed home until 4:00 pm then had to run some errands. 2/16/17 email to Sean; send the pictures and I may be able to pin point the leak for you. Delivery Notification: Delivery failed. Over quota. 2/16/17 Doyle and helper came by and spent about 15 minutes on roof. Left without reporting what had been accomplished. 5/1/17 Since 2/16/17 I have made a total of 22 calls to Sean/Doyle and received 10 calls. They still have not delivered a copy of a 5year warranty or delivered any of the 30 pictures Sean told me he had on 2/12/17. Physical disabilities prevent me from performing a roof inspection, hence the request for pictures. Sean is aware of this still he refuses to deliver the pictures. Summary: Do not make final payment until entire contract has been satisfied. I will never see a copy of 5 year warranty or a set of 30 pictures of the completed project. He has never had a set of 30 pictures to deliver. Error in measuring and poor design required making 3 sets of caps for the two skylights. Doyle seems to be a very competent roofer. Sean is a talker and will say and promise anything to get the job, then will not follow through. He knowingly refuses to complete the job.

We thought it went well, but didn't realize that the product was used improperly or potentially diluted to save money for the company. The roof eventually began to peel away after a few months. I called so many times that I lost count. And, Sean's comments on my Facebook review are lies. He states that rain prevented him from fixing the problem and that is not true. We have had to have the roof completely replaced and have found mold in the home in the areas where the leaks were pronounced. Do not use this company.

It was acceptable originally, when they were putting on the roof. But when we needed some finish-up and follow-up work, a month or so later, on some tar leaking through the silicon, they returned one time and sort of fixed it. It needs fixed again and has for over a year. When they were returning phone calls, we were told that they would come by on Friday, or that they would bring us a gallon of the silicon. We were also told that there was a warranty on the product they used to coat the roof. The product is peeling and some flashing work that Blue Sky did is deteriorating. We never got the warranty, we never got the product, and we no longer get return phone calls. The Lexis roofing product dealer told us they are no longer dealing with Blue Sky Roofing, but we have had no offer to stand behind their product. This company did shoddy work and they are unreliable.

Blue Sky installed a silicone roof on my house in May 2016. Following the work, I contacted the company about a few spots that didn't look covered with silicone at the specified thickness they advertised. No answer. Following a big rain, I noticed several areas on the roof where the silicone did not adhere to the roof and had bubbled and in some locations had ripped away exposing the old roof tar. I called and was told they'd come out and do repairs. I stayed at home from work, they never showed up. I called and was told they'd come the next week....no show again. After that, they didn't even answer their phone (I assume they know my number and just choose to ignore). So now I've had 3 leaks in the roof and have resorted to repairing the problem areas myself. That 12 year warranty they gave me? Garbage. They wouldn't even fix 2 months following the work. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY - NO RESPONSE. Now I'm stuck $4k in the hole with a leaky roof. I contacted BBB with no response from the company.

Contacted Blue Sky Roofing from Angie's list. Sean recommended to not go through Angie's list because they could start right away and do in house financing on the balance. I thought this was great at first and he seemed very understanding. Now I realize it was a terrible mistake to hire this company. I'm out $3,00.00 and now have a roof that has waterfalls coming down when it rains. They removed the old roofs because of standing water we were not aware of until they removed the old roof. The price went up for the extra work and that was understandable. They primed the roof for the silicone application but it rained before they could apply it. It leaked. Called to notify Sean and he said it wouldn't leak after they applied the silicone. They came out 3 days later and applied the silicone. It rained, it leaked, destroying our wood floors and our daughters' mattress. They came out applied another coat. It rained, it leaked again. Called Sean for the third time to notify him that the roof still leaks. Sean said he was waiving the balance because it was ruining our items. I didn't care if we had to pay the balance, I just wanted a roof that didn't leak. Said they would be out to fix the problem and we would still have warranty. He never showed up to the appointment he made with us to finish roof or give us paperwork to submit to our insurance company. He no longer took our calls or replied to messages. Was able to contact Doyle and set up 3 different appointments and they never showed or called. Called Doyle yet again and he wanted to charge another $1200.00 to fix their own incompetent work. Why would I give anymore money when they couldn't fix it correctly to begin with? Turned them over to the BBB. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! They take your money and run and lie about it! Pictures I am providing have been taken at different times over the last 6 months. On 11/17/16 I found pieces of silicone in my yard where it had blown off from the roof. I'm not a roofer but I'm pretty sure the roof shouldn't blowing away after 6 months! A child could have done a better job!

Great job.  Sean was prompt and carefully explained options.  We decided to replace our existing tar and gravel roof with a new synthetic roof (that comes with a 20 year warranty). We hired Blue Sky based on reviews and were not disappointed.  The first day some of workers spend 12 hours preparing the surface for the new roof.  While outside watering I noticed a worker, at the end of his 12 hour day, walking the perimeter of our house picking up individual pieces of gravel and other debris from the roof.  I was impressed.  The area around our house was clean, no vegetation suffered from the work.  I am grateful for the professionalism and care Blue Sky took when working on our property.  I highly recommend this company!  Thank you to Sean and his workers, great job!

The owner, Sean Cramberg, arrived a little later than expected but was very professional and got busy with the inspection.  He took photos of all the areas of need of our roof.  Overall the information was good, but there were a few areas of concern that did require attention before they became larger issues.  Our home is an older, large mid-century Hacienda style home which we just recently purchased this past November upon moving back to New Mexico.  The prior owners had all the sunroofs (there are several) repaired as they all leaked.....but that was the extent of it......and we knew there were other areas that were likely to need "touching up" even though the overall inspection report at time of purchase was ok (for the big stuff regarding the roof).  He took photos of all the areas that required attention.  He explained everything in detail and in terms we could easily follow.  He also discussed his roofing techniques/styles and products.  We were pleased with his presentation and the reviews we had read online and on Angie's List (I had purchased a discount inspection through Angie's List) and signed the contract on the spot as the price seemed fair given prior roofing I have had done in the past.  The repairs were conducted seamlessly the following Friday without a hitch.  We are pleased with the service and with the 5 year warranty.
