Blue spruce fence and deck

Chet and his crew were phenomenal. Helpful and knowledgeable!! The fence is beautiful.

Work agreed to: 1) level a slope, 2) build stone patio, 3) install fence. Period of performance told by the contractor was 5 days to a week and a half. Work started May 16. By June 3 project was not half complete. Contractor delivered pile of dirt and pile of gravel and railroad ties for retaining walls. Contractor did some work. If reasons given were accurate, then some missing days for medial were reasonable but after three weeks there were several issues: 1) the work was only about halfway complete after three weeks, 2) the slope remained which can't be used since it's needed for a shed, bee hives, and raised beds, 3) the rear retaining wall was already leaning and losing dirt from only one rain. With these concerns I consulted two other landscapers who immediately identified problems with the wall as well as the slope, that it would not hold through one winter. In addition, contractor may not have contacted Digsafe, public utilities, and city public works for permission to proceed with any excavation. I have a lot more details including inconsistent texts

Chet and his crew were friendly, respectful, and easily worked in a last minute change. The fences were finished three weeks ago, and I have to say, they've shown to be just what I wanted.

ok but I had to call them back to correct a problem with the stairs that were not evenly spaced. As I am fall due to Multiple Sclerosis, this is a major problrm for me., They did do a fix and I will pass final judgement after the winter. Nice, polite crew to have working at my home. I even made them a pan of brownies to share!

Very happy with Blue spruce property management. They made a appointment for an estimate and was here on time. They worked with me on my concerns about weather and temperature issues. They came one day and finished the next. The quality of the fence was great much better than home depot. Good quality posts and very little clean up when they were done. Would highly recommend them.

The crew built a 100 ft long section of 6 ft cedar shadow box fencing. They were able to raise the bottom up by one ft for a total height of 7 ft. It is absolutely stunning!

Arrived 9am next day. Very skilled, professional & polite. Took less than 1.5 hours. Cut up tree and removed from property.

Blue Spruce Property Management was super helpful in removing 3 trees in close proximity to my building! They were the most reasonably priced among all of the other quotes I received. They also were the most prompt in their ability to schedule in a timely manner! Mostly, I appreciated that they were very confident about how they would remove the trees without the need for cranes or other heavy equipment that wouldn't have fit in my driveway. This father/son duo traveled an hour away to help us out. Thank you guys for everything!

Beautifully! Chet and team were super fast, and did an excellent, professional job. I didn't know exactly what I wanted, and he was knowledgeable about what could be done and what would work best. He and his sons, and colleague impressed my neighbor so much, he wanted their number.
