I called Mike on a Friday and he met me the following Monday afternoon to look at the pool and equipment.  He called me before to let me know he was on his way, and he was right on time.  Mike looked at the system in its entirety, and then he found the problems and explained what it would take to repair them.   Mike is friendly and personable, and his expertise is evident in how quickly he figured out what was wrong.  A week later, Mike was back with the parts, and he completed the repairs and service the same afternoon. As before, I had a call when he was on his way, and he was right on time.  Mike went out of his way to ensure that the entire system was working properly, and he gave me additional recommendations to extend the life of the equipment.    <br /> Mike is one of those persons who can lessen your anxiety with his calm approach and "it can be fixed" positive attitude.  I am very happy to find a pro like Mike in my area, and I'll be calling him for all future pool work. <br />

Mike came out to give me a quote the day after contacting him. He assessed my needs and made his recommendation with a thorough explanation. What impressed me was his professionalism and the fact that he did not try to sell me more than what I really needed. His price for the heater and labor was significantly the best of all my quotes. No one else would even match it. He installed the heater by himself within a couple hours and spent a lot time showing my how to operate the heater and the pool system since a spa is attached inline with the system. I have recommended him to friends and would definitely use him again. <br />

Mike is a delightful person to deal with. He is easy to communicate with and seemed to always have a smile on his face. He was knowledgeable as well as practical. I feel that he was very honest with me and gave me options for "nice vs. necessary" options to save on costs. Our pool is up and running and we have been enjoying our spa in evenings! We will call on Blue Wave Pools for our future pool needs. <br />

Mike was prompt and professional.  He checked and replaced seals and talked about preventative steps we could do to help maintain tour pool system. <br />

He came to my residence three times and tried a number of new parts on the heater but it kept shutting off after 4 seconds most of the time. Although he was not able to fix the heater he was very professional and sociable. I really appreciated his over the top dedication to fixing my heater problems. He was able to find out for me that I still had  2 months left on my warranty and arranged for the company to come out today and they replace the igniter which only worked some of the time. He did not charge me anything for his efforts since he said that he did not fix the problem. You can not go wrong with using his service. He was great to del with. He called over the weekend to be sure my problem had been adequately handled by the Company repairman. He would be the first person I would call if I have another pool or spa problem. Very honest and professional. <br />

Mike is incredibly thorough. He shows much care for what he does. My husband and I just recently purchased a home and our pool hadn't been serviced for quite some time. I called Mike along with a few more companies for estimate and just to get a feel of who I would feel most comfortable coming into my house once a week. I found Mike to be the best. After one phone call, Mike came out and immediately started cleaning/fixing our pool without even mentioning about what we needed to pay.  <br /> For every visit, Mike took the time to explain what he did so we could understand and follow. He took a part our pool filter and put it together to fix what was previously done incorrectly. Mike also fixed our pool and turned it from a dark ugly looking blue color to its rightful pool color.  <br /> Mike was proactive and took initiative to bring his own filter equipment/machine to our house. He went through all the hassle to make sure we have a clean and presentable pool.  <br /> Mike also was considerate and went above and beyond. He knew the house's floor was brand new and did not want to damage it in anyway by dragging his dolly on it. As a result, Mike offered to go and buy a new lock to use with our side yard door for transportation of his equipment.  <br /> Mike shows commitment and pride in his work. Mike is an amazing responsible guy who loves his career. You can't ask for more when hiring someone for a job. He has been cleaning and maintaining our pool and pool equipment for a few months now, and we couldn't be happier. He is an expert at what he does, and I can tell it's because he truly loves it. He enjoys helping out his clients and is patient and meticulous while explaining how things operates. He's never missed a date or disappointed us in any way. We are thrilled and relieved we were able to find him! Our pool always looks clear and feels wonderful. Reasonable prices and very professional <br />

I fired my pool cleaner after giving him two chances to correct the situation. I then was told about Mike, so I called him and had him come out. After explaining what happened to me he looked at me with suspition in his eyes. But after I showed him my legs he went to work. He was able to figure out what was wrong and he fixed it in a timely fashion. He has been my pool guy ever since. <br /> The things I like about Mike my pool guy. <br /> He shows up every week he says he will. <br /> He is in contact with me when an issue occurs. <br /> My pool has been kept at ideal conditions since he has been her. <br /> He is genually a very nice person. Also very honest. <br /> The most important item of all is that I have three cats that hang out in the backyard and not once has he left the back gates open. Nor are my cats afraid of him. <br />

He was professional and showed up on the day he promised. He completed his work by the end of day. He gave me a 10% discount for being an Angie's List member.

Arrived on time and made two other visits days later to follow up. Friendly and pleasant to talk with and now using the service weekly.

I have had Blue Wave do my pool for about a year. They are excellent. The best I have had in over 30 years.

I was having problems with yellow algae that my previous pool company couldn't seem to eliminate. When I called Mike, he was able to schedule me within the week. He cleaned the pool and balanced the chemicals for about a month before he turned the regular weekly maintenance over to one of his employees. I have owned a pool for 31 years and finding a good pool service is not easy. Blue Wave is a great company. My pool is faithfully cleaned every week, the tile sparkles, and no mustard algae problems. I highly recommend Mike's company.
