After he left he had to come back twice more because the furnace wasn't working correctly. Both times it was blowing cold air. He said he had to reconnect a couple of wires and replace the thermocouple. Even after he left the third time, the pilot light kept going out, so I hired a different company to come out to check it out. They said the gas valve was broken, so I ended up purchasing a new furnace with them.

He made special arrangements to get it done quickly for me late one evening on his way home because the house was being sold and it was part of the inspection request.

Fine. Me Blythe explained the age of the furnace and a/c (over 25 yrs) and some of the replacement options for future reference. He cleaned furnace parts and changed the filter. He was very pleasant and helpful.

He did a good job. Removed and cleaned the burners. Cleaned the igniter . Furnace is running well

Mr. Blythe was wonderful! Even though he spent some extra time and effort going over some things he did not try to charge more. He gave me some great recommendations and an estimate, at my request. Even though we have only owned the home for two years, I was embarrassed that the furnace had never had any maintenance and was in the condition it was in but he did nothing to make me feel that way. He was a little early for our appointment and did not talk down to me just because I am a woman. I could not have asked for better service!

David Blythe, the owner, showed up on time and performed the work scheduled in a professional manner.

It was AWESOME! Dave was on time and did a very thorough job of checking my furnace for winter. He found that the bearings were going out on the blower motor and called to verify whether furnace was still under warranty which it was. He ordered the motor and just called to say he could install it yet today if ok by me! Excellent customer service and rapport!!!

Dave Blythe was punctual and professional. He performed the tune-up and gave me a helpful hint about furnace filters. I highly recommend Blythe Heating and Cooling.

It went very well. Both units are high quality. I haven't had any issues over the past 3 years. I have a maintenance package with them. They always arrive on time.

Dave was great. he came and did the replacement. He is a real nice guy and his wife Tammy is very very nice. They gave us a great price and saved our air conditioner. We're very happy and they are great people.

Air conditioner went down and so called late afternoon and he was able to get there by 6pm the same day.  Gave estimated time and called back to update when on his way.  Very prompt.  <br /> Our capacitor had blown up and he had the part on his truck and fixed it within 30 minutes!  Thought very knowledgeable and reasonable rate considering part was largest cost (over half) and it was an emergency call that he arrived within 2 hours.   He also only charged for the .5 hour and did not round up to full hour cost.  <br /> I have two other friends that used someone else and they are still not fixed 2 days later.  <br />  Definitely will call and use Blythe services again.
