"We also designed and built a new soffit along the intire rear of the log cabin home in order to mount the new gutter system. To match the decor on the homes exterior we utilized rough sawn lumber we harvested from local trees and was air dried previous to the fabrication. We measured and designed a frame for the new soffit which would coincide with the irregularities of the logs on the outside wall and the existing over hang of the roof. We then matched a exterior stain to the color of the logs and pre finished all of the new soffit material prior to the installion. We also needed to replace compromised roof deck and structure on the front of the home. We removed aproxomitly 150 square feet of exspired plywood as well as framing structure, insulation, and finished tong & groove soffit prior to installing the ice & water membrane and new shingles. We also re nailed the entire roof deck returning it to new condition."
"We dismantled a 20' chimney to the ground then provided our dump style trailer for the customer to load all chimney materials in then disposed of it. Also worked with the customer offering the trailer to customer for the removal of 8 overgrown evergreen bushes along the front of the home which they loaded for me to dispose of all in preparation and prior to the roof replacement. During the roof replacement after stripping all existing roof material we needed to replace comprised 1 x 6 tong & grove deck material prior to installing the ice and water protective membrane."
