They did an excellent job, very professional; arrived when they said they would and completed the work in a timely manner. Both Brian and his worker Florencio were knowledgeable and everything was done correctly. The cost of the work came in as quoted and the rates were excellent. I will definitely use Brian and BMC Contractors again.

The worker was great; he did an excellent job, and he was practically invisible during the in-house job. He was quiet, polite, and efficient. The contractor was very attentive, and he viewed the work nearly everyday (maybe everyday, I just wasn't always there each time). The company is very professional, friendly, and courteous, and they do great work. My daughters are in love with their new bathroom!

Brian and his crew were wonderful - extremely professional, courteous and very tidy. Shorly after the project started, I changed my mind and greatly expanded the size of the project. Brian was very understanding, worked with me and the vendors to get the best prices and installed everything just as I had pictured it. He made very good recommendations and his follow-through was excellent. The project took longer than expected but the delays were due to slow delivery of materials, not because he was behind schedule.

Brian is responsive and responsible--a key issue amongst contractors (that is usually missing). He is timely, tho the window delivered was the wrong size and had to be reordered which created a major delay. That being said, he did the best he could, and it was the manufacturer who caused the problem. We are working with Brian on several projects now and even when he is not directly working on something, he is very helpful and generous. I wouldn't hesitate to refer him to my friends for services.
