Excellent, plumber was clean, courteous, and most importantly very capable. job got done faster than expected, despite the usual host of setbacks experienced in any repair job. Owner came and provided a quote/estimate (only plumber I contacted that would do that) which is important since every job repair job is quite different. Owner also came back at the end and checked the work to make sure it was up to snuff (which is was). There was a small communication issue with the office where the plumber was unable to make it on the scheduled day and the office forgot to call to let us know. They worked hard to make it right and we had a plumber first thing the next day.

Called BMR10AM to assist in a stopped up toilet. Roger arrived at 11 AM , very prompt. In ten minutes he had fixed the problem. <br /> He was very friendly and courteous but most of all he charged me nothing. I offered him a fee for his service call but he still refused. I would highly recommend BMR plumbing for your future needs, based on my experience you will not be disappointed. <br />

Roger Doyle, the owner did what he said he would do. It took a little longer than my wife would have liked but within the time frame that he quoted. His workers were great, very conscientious and professional. Quality work. I would hire them again. <br />

I am very pleased it been since august no problems and now he is putting in furnace for a third of the cost I got estimates for and was there within 2 hours of my call.
