He seemed to have known his business. But need heat like yesterday. He came and had a look at our furnace told us what was need and was supposed to have ordered it. Then he called and said something about getting something cheaper a few days went by didn't hear from him gave him a call said he would try to get to us by the 29. I complained I need heat now. He said he did not have the money to put in to it then. Have not heard from him since. On our own we called another company. So BNB didn't help us at all. We still had to find someone ourself. So in this case you didn't either

I needed my kitchen wall replaced and Brandon replaced it in a vary timely fashion , alot cheaper than anywhere else I had checked. He even put me in new outlets. I will definitely call again and will refer him to my friends and family... Thank you Brandon
