I hired Bobby Bobby Czerwein to do an odd job of getting snow off my 1 story home. He responded adequately, considering we were hit with the major snowstorm 3 days before. His work is impeccable and he is friendly. I highly recommend Bobby Czerwein, if I ever have any snow troubles, I am calling him from now on. I am including a photo of Bobby beginning to remove the snow from my roof. It has been completely removed.

He did an excellent job! The snow was completely cleared off of the car and the parking space was totally shoveled clearly! Also, his communication was great, he kept me informed of how soon he would be here and got the job done before the end of the day, actually a little earlier than expected!! Excellent. Do not hesitate hiring this crew. They are hardworking professionals. They know plants too. I have a two-acre piece of property with at least 40 various sized gardens. They did all the weeding, mulching and edging. Pruning and removing all the debris. Plus many other chores…all in 3 days. Bobby made suggestions and safety recommendations that were greatly appreciated. I’m so impressed with this company. They will maintain the yard every month, keeping it looking beautiful. Don’t think twice about hiring them. Just do it!

The agreement was $120 to cut the front & back yard. Which I venmo'd immediately. Bobby C arrived the same day, cut the front and decided to leave without finishing the back yard. He had left the job without notice and afterwards, texted me his decision to leave without providing me any opportunity to discuss his reasoning why. Despite his accusations via text, I reached out and addressed the issue with Bobby over the phone. He seemed to calm down, and then once again established an agreement with me to not only return to finish the original job but with the additional understanding that I was going to hire him as the permanent landscaper. We both were in agreement, however he never returned or contacted me since the original cut on May 9th. Because of this, I had to hire another landscaper ( not through Angie this time) And paid $130 in order to complete the job that bobby said he would but did not. The agreement was $120, he did half the work and left behind grass clippings. I want to pay him $50 and get the remaining balance refunded back to me for the inconvenience and poor customer service.

"I told the client I only had two hours to offer. I mowed for two hours. He understated the size of his property and the length of his grass, grass was over a foot and a half tall. Large corner lot. I tried to help the guy out. ."

Excellent. Bobby was on time, he & his crew were prompt & professional, thorough, made sure we were on point on what was expected to be done, and when finished made sure we were happy with results also. Seems like a small crew, but they did everything as if a large company had come through. Professional, on-time, reasonable & thorough.
