When they came to the house, they were very honest. I had a plumbing problem that they could’ve easily told me you need to do it now, but they really worked with me and kind of advised me on what I need to do long-term if I couldn’t do the work now and it worked and helped me save a bundle of money. The quality of the work have always been great.

Two service Techs, Daniel and Kevin, came by the same day i called regarding a clogged sewer line. They were very pleasant and personable which put me immediately at ease. They performed an inspection and showed me a live video feed of my sewer line, indicating where the roots were growing in that caused the clogging. <br /> They recommended hydrojetting due to the size of sewer, and scheduled a visit the following day. The next day the same techs came by and cleaned out the sewer line via hydrojetting. Afterwards they did another video inspection and showed me their results. They were professional, communicative, clean, and very pleasant to deal with. <br />

My wife and I have been struggling for years with constant drain clog problems. Rooter companies who came out and unclogged the drains but that did not last long. Bob & Marc's sent out a rep the same day and explained what the problem was, gave us a price and then followed through and completed the work. Pipes were relined and replaced with little disturbance to our landscaping. All work was completed within the quoted time period. The staff was professional and quite pleasant to work with. They took time to explain what they were doing each day. It has been about two months since the work was done and we have had no further problems with our drains. We are very satisfied and are sure to use Bob and Marc's again in the future. <br />

I got this company from Angie's List and they were excellent. They added a drain out for me and it was so bad I wouldn't have water buck up, I have really bad back up. They put some drain pipe for me and they also rooted out my sewer line.They came in fast but I ended up involving the insurance for some of it because I had a flood in the bathroom which wasn't covered so I let them do that.

I called and setup an appointment for the afternoon. The dispatcher called back in an hour saying the plumber was free earlier and came immediately. He was there within an hour and gave me an estimate for the replacement and upgrade that I wanted. I agreed to the price and within 3 hours I had a new water heater. I can?t imagine where they could have done any better. <br />

I just had a new roof installed and the following week the heater stopped working. I call and they sent a repairman out the same day. When he arrived I explained the issue of the heater starting and then stopping a few minutes later for no apparent reason. After checking everything out he determined because of multiple error codes in the system that the main chip (brains of the system) was malfunctioning and the best bet would be to get a new system. Even when he would do overrides to determine the cause the system kept giving him random error messages. I was ready to fork over $3000 for a new heater when he decided to check one more thing. We went up on the roof and found that the roofers had placed the exhaust cap for the furnace on too far down closing off the exhaust hence forcing the safety systems in the heater to shutdown. Long story short, he found the problem in about an hour and although he could have charge me for a new furnace he went the extra step and found the true cause. That's called integrity my friend and it is a rare trait these days. I would recommend Bob and Marc to any one looking for skilled, honest repairmen. <br />

Evening of Valentine's Day we learned our water heater had broken. <br /> Called Bob & Marc the next morning and had an appointment of 3 pm. They were available earlier, but I could not get out of work any earlier. <br /> Spencer was on time and got right to work. He was very professional, careful and friendly. <br /> He assessed that the water heater was broken, drained and removed the old one and installed the new one. <br /> He made sure that the TPM piping was exact, fit and would last. He was very helpful in explaining what he was doing and was even very helpful in providing advice on how to extend the life of this new water heater. <br /> He cleaned up and all that was left was a professionally installed water heater that has been working great. <br /> Thanks for the quick, friendly service (also be sure to use the 10% off coupon found on their Angie's list page). <br />

Overall, I lost complete trust in Simon who attempted the job. He was obviously rushing due to his next appointment. There was difficulty placing the faucet in place initially (single hole type) but he was able to do so after several minutes. Few complaints: <br /> 1] although faucet installed, no caulking around the base which subsequently leaked <br /> 2] there was a leak below at the pipe which was likely jostled during the install , which also subsequently leaked <br /> 3] Because he was in a rush, he stated that he could not give me an immediate written invoice and that he would bill me later. First time I have run into this , but then again I was too trusting. <br /> 4] despite giving a 10% off Angie's list coupon , the subsequent bill was $189 ! - more than what was verbally quoted to me <br /> Due to lack of trust, I did not choose to call them back and used RJ Plumbing instead -> outstanding service and quality of work. Highly reccommend the latter. <br />

Simon boasts a journeyman's license and is well versed and confident in what needs to be done on the projects he is assigned. 1 & 2)- No need for caulking as the 21st century sinks come with a pre-installed seal between faucet & sink. A minor adjustment could have been performed by us to correct the leak issue. 3)- Going green is not easy even today, Bob & Marc plumbing provides paperless invoicing to make it easier and "Greener" and our customers are enjoying the change. 4)- In our efforts to provide the best pricing for your continued business, billing was 1 and a half hours plus parts. Based on our market knowledge, we tried to be fair. Again, thank you for your input. We are using this review to learn. I truly hope this helps. One of my toilets backed up which also caused the shower to back up. I had 2 different plumbers over to try and snake it, but in both cases, it did nothing. I was told that the clog was most likely further out towards the street. I called Bob & Marc and they asked about a mainline cheanout. My house is over 50 years old so it didn't have one. Initially the estimate was about $1200 to get the mainline cleanout installed, but I was told after they put the camera through that it would have to be quite a bit more because my pipes were 6ft down from the house where they could get the cleanout installed. I accepted, they removed parts of my deck, dug down 6 ft, installed the cleanout, jetted out the pipe and ran a camera through to make sure everything was clear. After they were finished, they put the deck back together--not beautifully, but then again, they are plumbers so I wasn't expecting much. <br /> There was a bit of mishap when they were fixing a water pipe under the house for me (which I asked about and they threw in for free) which was leaking. Unfortunately, while they were adjusting it, that caused water from a pipe in one of my bathrooms to start spewing water uncontrollably. As a result, my hardwood was damaged. I'm not sure why the water was never turned off before performing their fix, although I never asked. <br />

Main sewer line back up due to root damage resulted in slow draining toilets and tubs late afternoon. Bob & Marc couldn't get anyone out before 5 pm due to heavy workload and understaffing and indicated that overtime rates may apply. Plumber named Paul came early evening, analyzed the situation and gave us a couple options to get us through the night so he could return with another plumber in the morning in case they needed to access the sewer line from a roof vent. Unfortunately we don't have a large clean out pipe at the front of the house. He located the old test Y dugout around it and replace it with a surface level 4" cleanout. He refilled the hole and tested to be sure all toilets and tubs were draining properly. <br />

The polite young representative showed up on time, diagnosed the problem and removed the unit. He said he would be back in two days with the rebuilt/replacement unit. He returned as promised and replaced the repaired thingee. It fired right up and has been working fine ever since. <br />

The plumber came to install a kitchen faucet. He noted that the faucet I had bought did not fit in front of a granite pass through window ledge. He cleverly ground down the granite to accomodate the faucet. It is not apparent that he ground the granite and the faucet works fine. Meanwhile he hear the sound of water running. He went under the house and found a leak which had caused a lot of standing water. He fixed the leak and we called an emergency company to extract the water. He did a great job and if he had not noticed the leak there is not telling how much further damage would have been done. <br /> I have used Bob and Marc plumbing before and I will definitely use them again. <br /> <br />

Paul arrive on-time at 1PM. We have a hyper-active lab that barks at all new visitors and he introduced himself to her which calmed her down. I pointed out where the leak was, he set my expectations about what had to be done to investigate which I was OK with. Then he carved out a hole in the downstairs ceiling to get at a leaky pipe. After some investigation he was able to find out where it was and quickly repaired it. He was very courteous the entire way through and answered all my questions. I partially signed up on Angie's list today just to write this review for them because I was impressed with their professionalism. <br />

I really enjoyed doing business with Bob and Marc Plumbing. The Tech was very helpful , professional and detail orientated. My repairs were done in a timely manner and to my complete satisfaction. The backyard of our house was flooded, which ended up being our old water heater flooding out the bottom. Bob and Marc Plumbing came out right away, assessed what was going on and accurately estimated the work that needed to be done. Best thing about it was they came the next day and got the work done. It was done quickly and professionally. <br />

While this was not the lowest price bid for the job, I am glad we chose Bob and Marc plumbing. The service technician was extremely knowledgeable and competent. We were promised a service call between 2-4 pm and at 2:15, I saw our plumber from Bob & Marc walk up our driveway. He was very courteous and respectful. He spent time determining the problem and showing me the area that was clogged. I was very impressed by his knowledge and expertise. I had to chuckle when he crawled under my house and then used an iPhone camera to take pictures of my problem pipes. It's always nice to see pictures instead of trying to understand what the plumber is trying to explain. He pulled out invasive roots from our drain and fixed the problem of an overflowing toilet. Then he presented me a bill using an iPad! Very impressive as he sent a copy to my email. The level of service was much more than I expected and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. I recommend "Paul" from Bob & Marc. He's the best! <br />
