Bobmar Lawn & Tree

Our dealings with BobMar Lawn and Tree was an great experience from start to finish! Mr. Bob responded quickly to my call and was out at our property with a few hours after we spoke. The company provided great information and pricing was extremely fair! If you need any lawn and tree work, this is the company to call. They will not let you down!

Bob was great! He picked up the phone on my first call, scheduled an estimate the same day, and performed the service promptly. When he came to our house, he took care of the stumps quickly. Very good work at a fair price.

Amazing! Called Bob on Sunday, we agreed on a price over the phone after I described the size of the stump. He called me on time and arrived shortly thereafter the next day. Within a half hour or so the stump was turned into finely grained mulch which I happily spread in my plant boxes. If I have anymore lawn care needs I will be sure to call him.

Once again Bob Chung outdid himself. The tree was very large, overhanging the house and had roots growing everywhere. <br /> He and his crew arrived first thing in the morning and by 9:30 AM the work was done, including grinding the stump and removing all branches leafs, etc. We have used Bob-Mar before and will continue to use them in the future. <br />

They did not arrive on the planned day and were quite late  on the "next" scheduled date.  They 'seemed' very professional and did work  fast.  Because they were late, we had somewhere to go before they finished the job.  We had no reason to think they wouldn't do right by us, so paid them before we left, since we wouldn't be home when they finished. When we came home we noticed several palm fronds were left just hanging there, ready to fall on someone!  Also, the job wasn't finished, as the main reason to have this done was to trim the branches that touched our roof.  They did not do that part of the job!  We called to find out why this job wasn't finished and cleaned up properly.  We were trying to give them a chance to do right and would have gladly written a good review, but can't do that now, as our phone call was ignored.   <br />

I called Bob, the owner, on Monday morning, and he came out to give an estimate within 2 hours.  The estimate was reasonable and I hired him to do the work.  He came out the very next morning.  Boib arrived with his crew and the work was done quickly and efficiently.  He trimmed the trees, removed all the debris and cleaned the area thoughly.  It was a small job, and I thought he might not want to do it because of that.  I had another servicer turn the job down because he said it was not worthwhile.  Bob was glad to accept the job and he gave it his full attention.  I will definitely use him again and recommend him wholeheartedly for this type of work. <br />

It was a great experience. The owner came out and gave an estimate for the work we wanted done. We thought the price was very fair(based on what we paid for similar work last year). Bob and his crew arrived at the proper time and and started work. They cleaned up as they went and left the property cleaner than it was when they started. Bob explained what was being done and why and answered all our questions. our trees never looked so good. They evan removed some dead branches from a tree that was not in the original estimate at no charge. <br />

I would never recommend this horrendous service!  I paid for them to remove a tree stump from my property.  Bob Chung left this giant pile of mulch where the stump was originally situated (which was fine), and after I paid my gardener to remove the mulch, a significant portion of the stump was still there!  I thought it was no problem, that Bob would man up to his obvious error and fix the remaining tree stump.  Boy, I was wrong.  When I called to explain the situation, Bob told me he was not going to come without getting paid.  I explained that I paid him to remove the stump and he didn't do that because the stump is still there.  He hung up on my face and refuses to return phone calls or texts.  Now, I have to find someone finish the work and fix the problem that Bobmar Lawn and Tree Service and Bob Chung created.  Mr. Chung has a terrible business ethic.  From my experience, his business model involves unfinished work that calls for full payment, atrocious customer service and horrible work.  DO NOT USE BOBMAR LAWN AND TREE FOR ANY PRODUCT OR SERVICE. <br />

I am really glad I contacted Bob for my stump removal. I called him at noon and explained I had a tree stump to remove in my front. Bob was very nice and professional. I wanted an estimate right away to know if I could afford the service, and Bob was exceptional at this. As opposed to other companies I contacted who needed to see the stump, Bob gave a minimum estimate (I just provided Bob some measures). So I told him to come and he came ready for the job. We set a time the same afternoon as Bob happened to be close. Bob was punctual and removed my stump in minutes. Bob saved me money and lots of time. When I saw the core of my stop hidden underground, I couldn't believe it was so grown. I wouldn't have been able to do it myself. I highly recommend Bob. (I do not report the price Bob charged me because I feel this type of service is according to the individual case, but I can tell you it was unbeatable).

The owner came out promptly after calling and gave me a free estimate.  We set up a day and time for his crew to come work and they showed up at that scheduled time.  The work crew was efficient and friendly.  The owner arrived to my house towards the end of the session, reviewed the work and asked if I was satisfied with what had been done. <br />

There is no doubt that Bobmar has his customer's interest at heart.  He was thorough and took into account all my concerns. No one could possibly want more.  He was also careful to avoid the sprinkler lines that ran close to the tree stumps. <br />

Bob called right away, showed up on time and got the job done.  He was extremely nice, professional and attentive. <br /> Even took away some of the shrub which was also not included in his quote.  I would definitely call them again. <br />

Professional removed  one tree and removed roots with grinding machine.  They also removed another stump I had in the back yard for free.  They hauled all the limbs away and cleaned the area as requested.  They did not disturb my other flower beds as requested.  My family enjoyed watching the remote control stump grinding machine. <br /> All in all a professional job completed for a good price in a very short turn around time.  I would use this company again. <br />

It went very good.  When I called Mr. Chung to come and give me an estimate, he came the day we had arranged and explained what needed to be done, and gave me an estimate right then and there.  I called him back the next day and made an appointment for the job to be performed, and he came with his crew promptly on time and pruned the tree to my satisfaction. <br />

I called to get an estimate, and Bob was able to come out the same day.  I was happy with the price, since it was lower than others estimates I was given.  I needed to trim three oaks, and a banyan.  I was a little skeptical of the work since the quote was lower than others, but I have no complaints of the service.  The crew did their job, and I was happy with the end result.  I would recommend, and use this company again. <br />

Called to get estimate on pruning on 2 huge avocado trees. Responded promptly. Came out same day for estimate. Scheduled date for service. Came out exactly on time and was done in 45 minutes. Cleaned up branches and piled them for Miami Dade pickup. Was very professional at all times and pleasant to work with. <br />

I called Bob and he called me back on the same day. The next day he came and gave an estimate. We arranged for the work to be done within two days.  He came at the appointed time with his crew and equipment.  They did every thing  on time with a great deal of care.  I am very happy with their work. <br /> <br />

Bob and his team arrived as scheduled and immediately began prepping the tree for removal. Then began the cutting process and made two surgical cuts and the tree was down. And it fell precisely away from two buildings and multiple power lines. His VERY professional support crew immediately began removing the tree to the street and ever offered to remove the stump at no additional cost. The cleaned up <br />and we're done all in about 35 minutes. These guys "get it". The come prepared, do the job clean up and move on. I would highly recommend them and plan to use them again. They are A++++

This was my second time using BOBMAR Lawn and Tree Service.  Mr. Chung has always been very professional.  As soon as you call Mr. Chung he is very quick to return your call.  He works with his clients and listens to what they want.  The BOBMAR team is very punctual and professional. I recommend this company to anyone needing tree and lawn services. 

Very professional, on time, great company.  I have used his services before and will again.

The experience was pleasant.  Bob was there to supervise his crew like an eagle.
