Bob shows up on time and mostly anytime we need him. He works to resolve any issues despite the time of day. He has installed several units for us over the almost 40 years we have needed him. His costs are generally lower than others I have had estimates from. And he gives us an honest evaluation of repairs or replacements needed. These are reasons we go back to him year after year.
