It went very well! The crew was fast, hard working and respectful. They got everything put in smoothly and installed a NEST thermostat we had purchased on our own. It couldn't have been easy as the unit was in the attic and the only way up there is a pulldown ladder. They even took the time to inspect the HVAC we had installed during the pandemic by a different company that we had concerns about. They identified issues, talked to us about it and then fixed whatever they could. Bob also identified insulation issues with our attic which was causing us to lose heat in the winter and cool air in the summer. We are planning on have them return to take care of it.

Bob gave me a fair and accurate price and scheduled the installation promptly. His employee who installed the unit was professional, respectful and efficient. He explained how the new system worked, answered all my questions and did a great job of cleaning up afterward.

Bob came within an hour of our call, assessed the situation, and made his recommendation of a new unit like our former one. Other salesmen had tried to sell us on major changes, both to the system and even to our home. His bid was lower than any other, his men and he arrived exactly when promised, and the work was done extremely professionally. The workers were pleasant, polite, and considerate of us and our property. The entire operation showed great care and thorough planning. To get this kind of service just before Christmas was unexpected, I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Three men arrived on time and did a fantastic job. I give them the highest rating. They cam highly recommended by my brother.

Bob bid the job estimating it would take two days to complete, and it actually took three and a half days.  He ended up replacing a lot of rusted out ducting, too.  Nonetheless, none of that extra, unexpected work translated into a higher bill.  His bid for the work was significantly lower than bids by two other contractors ... several thousand dollars less.  Bob has done major work for three of our neighbors, all of whom recommended him very highly, otherwise i might have worried that his bid was too good to be true.  But he's the real deal. <br />
