It all went very well. Kevin is such a gentleman. I called him in the morning and he came out the same day. He called to say he would be a little late, and then he called again to say he was on his way. A friendly and knowledgeable craftsman, he took his time to make sure both locks were fitted properly and worked. He took time to explain the process to me. I'm really pleased with his work and will look to hire him again.

Kevin was fantastic. He's obviously very knowledgeable and very skilled, as well as being very enthusiastic about the locksmith's art. It's fantastic to know a great locksmith in the area. I recommend him highly.

Kevin was great. He contacted me to let me know he was running a couple of minutes. Kevin took his time to make sure to understand what I wanted done. Kevin also took the time to research online how to install my Lock-it on my slider. Most importantly, about 5 minutes after Kevin left, I realized I forgot to tell him I wanted a deadbolt added to my front door. Kevin was kind enough to turn around and come right back to do it for me. Kevin did not seem annoyed or bothered by my mistake and his need to come back.

After purchasing a new home, we needed to have the locks replaced ASAP. I called on a Monday and was offered same day service, but couldn't make it there in time, so I set up an appointment for the next day. Kevin was prompt, courteous, and professional. He was able to accommodate our specific lock concerns and was in and out quickly. Highly recommended and would certainly call again if needed.

We ran into an emergency at the worst possible time, on Christmas Eve and needed a locksmith to open up the door to let our neighbor into our house while we were out of town. We called Kevin and he was the most kind and helpful guy you could imagine. I mean, he was wrapping presents for his children and still ran out the door to get to our house within 15 minutes and had the problem solved in 30! Thanks Kevin -- we owe you one!!! <br />

Kevin the owner was the one who installed my two locks. I have two old doors and the holes needed to be drilled in order to install <br /> the locks. Kevin took my call on the 24th of November and came at 10am the next day. He told me it shouldn't be no longer than 90 <br /> minutes to complete both doors. He arrived the next day on-time and was very friendly. We chatted a little bit as he preformed the work. I have very old doors so it was a little tricky for him to get them on but he did get them on and they work great. It took him 90 minutes like he said. He cleaned up all the saw dust and had all the equipment necessary to do the job. The price was fair. I would recommend him. <br />

I called in the morning and he was able to get me in that same afternoon. He called to say he could even get here earlier. Got everything done quickly and neatly and made sure all the locks worked smooth as silk before he left. A great experience! <br />

My husband called in the morning and Kevin was able to come out that afternoon.  I showed him what we needed done and he was able to get it all completed in about an hour and a half!  It was great to be able to have it done in one day.  I would definitely use this provider in the future as well as recommend him to a friend. <br />

The lock broke on my front door, locking me and my 17 month old out of our new house. Kevin responded quickly. He came to the house with a professional, fully stocked van and got us into the house in seconds. He replaced our lock with a new one and cut us some extra keys for it on the spot. He was really helpful and I felt comfortable that he was running a legitimate, professional business. I will definitely be calling him if I need a locksmith again.

Due to the inclement weather of the past winter scheduling was a bit of a challenge, but it all came together.  Work was carried out professionally, efficiently.  Whenever I need a locksmith again I will be sure to call this provider. <br />
