Called just to schedule figuring it was already after 1 p.m. and it was too short notice for same-day service, but the person who answered said she could have some there before 4:30. Willie arrived around 4:00 and went to work immediately. He neatly disassembled all ten locks, took them back to his van and set the tumblers, then just as neatly put them all back together. Then he made us a set of keys and waited while we tested them. All ten and all keys worked perfectly. Total time was less than an hour.

I called the office and a locksmith was at the house within 30 minutes. The technician who showed up knew what he was doing, he was clean and friendly.

Work was prompt and fine, but the cost was, in my opinion, excessive. I was originally told I would not be charged Saturday rates, but I think I might have anyways.

The technician, Ivan, arrived when promised and performed the requested services in a pleasant and professional manner. He cleaned the areas where he had worked before he left. He went over each task he had performed, tested all the keys, then thoroughly reviewed the bill line by line. I would definitely recommend this company.

He showed up when he said that he would. Courteous demeanor. Great work. Excellent phone contact with his office staff.

THE STORE IS VERY APPEALING. THE SERVICE TECH IS KNOWLEDGEABLE & PROFESSIONAL. THEY HAVE A WIDE SELECTION OF SAFES IN STOCK; NOT TO MENTION, THOUSANDS OF BLANKS.

I HAVE A HISTORICAL VEHICLE, AND THEY WERE THE ONLY ONES IN MY AREA THAT CARRIED THE STOCK KEY. ONLY TOOK TWO TIMES TO GET IT RIGHT. ANOTHER TIME I CAME IN AND PURCHASED LOCKS FOR THE POOL GATE.
