Cleaned up good job <br />

We called Tuesday mid morning. Mid afternoon, John was on site and we discussed our issue. We just purchased a home in Rosehill that had been vacant and a rental for many years. The lot was severlly overgrown with many, many LAREG trees. Some as close as 3 feet from the house. John did a site survey and we agreed on about 10 trees to remove. He stated that he would take care of the paperwork with the POA and that may take a week or so and he would let us know when they could start. Which was OK since we were NOT in an emergency situation. Friday afternoon John came by with his job forman to look at the work and wanted to know if it was OK for the crew to start Saturday, Memorial Day Weekend. It took them 3 days to remove over 12 trees. They had to climb and rope down limbs from as high as 80 feet up and as close as 3 feet away from the house. There was no room to bring in heavy equipoment. They cleaned up as they worked. On Thursday Bob, the owner came by to help with the final clean up, not supervise, but to actually work. I cannot say enough good things about them. <br />

showed up on time after a reschedule due to days of rain.  went over job and made sure we were seeing eye to eye...big job with lots of different work from taking down huge pines 5 feet from the house to trim-up work over the roof.  good suggestions on things to think about.  workers slow but steady...work well together.  very pleased...John Snow...the site supervisor was awesome to work with. <br />

This was the fifth time we have had Bob's Tree Service cut down trees, limbs or thin our canopy. Each time they have done an outstanding job at a very reasonable price. Once the trees or limbs are down, they always clean the area of small limbs, leaves and pine straw before leaving the job. I highly recommend Bob's for all your tree trimming needs. <br />

All went well. Very professional. Arborist in charge knew his business well. Job was completed including cleanup in a few hours. Very tall pine tree close to house was taken down with no damage to house or surrounding property. Price seemed fair. <br /> <br /> <br />

We have been using them for a while. Their pricing is very competitive. They have clean up after themselves and we are very pleased with them.

I don't know much about it. They came on time and they did their job. They were very good and the price was pretty reasonable.

The owner came to the estimate when he said he would and gave a written estimate just like he had said he would. They cleaned everything up very well and we were very satisfied with the service. They were prompt and efficient.There were a couple big limbs that had us worried but they handled them without issue. It was a very smooth process that seemed effortless on our part.

I would highly recommend this company. They did a nice job, were quick, and keep to the promised quote. <br /> <br /> The only thing I wasn't crazy about was their lack of communication to notify me when they were coming. It may have just been an oversight, but I was very surprised when I heard the knock on the door that morning. I was still in bed when they showed up (just love retired life). So, I would suggest, if you use them, specify that you expect a phone call to notify you in advance of work beginning. I like to be around when work is being done. <br /> <br />

The field manager arrived to give us an estimate on time and was very professional. He pointed out the pine tree with the canker that we had not seen. He took care of getting the approvals for the extra tree. On the day of the work, the field manager and his crews arrived exactly on time and finished in just a few short hours. The job was very professional and they cleaned up twigs and sawdust after work was completed. Towards the end of the job, the owner came out to look over the completion of the work. The owner, like his field manager and his crews was very pleasant and professional. He wanted to make sure that we were completely satisfied, and we were. The cost of the removal was less than comparable services in Aiken, SC where we moved from.

They were good all the way. They were responsive, punctual and professional. I would hire them again in the future.
