Horrible. Committed to 6-8 weeks. Started Feb 2. It's May 11 and we still cannot use our kitchen and bath fully. I have pictures of all the items not completed or done incorrectly by the contractor. He was rude, didn't show up or call many days, sometimes a week would go by with no work being done. Brought in subs that did great work and he refused to pay them, including an additional $1,200 for additional tile work that he insisted I had to pay him and not the sub directly. He can talk a great story, but don't trust what he says. He promised the last day he was here that he would come back and finish the few things that were not done. He now tells me the contract is fulfilled and he will not do anything else. I'll happily answer questions of anyone interested in getting more information.

"[Member Name Removed] - you broke the contract when you lied about being on vacation and called OUR subcontractor to come in and work WITHOUT OUR KNOWLEDGE. He is the one who tiled over your fixtures. We cannot guarantee work not approved or known of, that you took upon yourself to delegate. Also, I did send you a final punch list for any items not yet addressed PRIOR to receiving final payment. You did not return it."
