I found this company on Angi and I thought they were a reputable company. I was contacted by Cortney Brown to discuss the job and go over the details of my project and she emailed and texted me a proposal with our negotiations about price. She sent one person for a two person job on a move out cleaning. The cleaner Savannah did not stay the entire agreed time and did not complete the service and left early and Courtney did not respond to my calls of concern about the incomplete work left by Savannah but actually wanted to charge me more. In my opinion they did not have any professional tools and had common cleaning items and I felt it was very generic, which could have contributed to the cleaners lack of speed. I would not recommend anyone deal with this company. I live out of town and was sleep deprived when I had to purchase cleaning items to clean and finish what was undone. This is the worst business I have experienced in my entire life.

The first member of mgmt misled me by quoted a specific price during our initial visit; after the service was completed, a different member of mgmt gave me a totally different story on pricing I won't be using this company again.

"We are so sorry about the misunderstanding. When we come out and price a job it's per job always, we never price hourly. We have a minimum price (very common) if our employees finish early and you are happy with the service provided the price does not go down! It looks like in your case you had a specialty service 2-3 hrs of a very specific request which was completed for a flat rate but also included a 10% discount as well. 2 employees 2hrs 150$ with discount was 135$ We try to cater to our customers to give them exactly what they want. An employee wait 35minutes with no one showing up to unlock the door, we reached out and tried to reschedule. We had to have a move out deep clean, I was put in touch with Courtney and she was great from the first time I talked to her. Answered all my questions and was always avaliable if I had any follow up questions. Very professional and compassionate, made this tough time of transition more bearable and took some of the weight off of my shoulders knowing that she was on top of things. When she came to the house she was right on time and worked around us as we transitioned out of the house. She did a wonderful job and will be using her at my new residence. Highly recommend this company!
