About us
Boles Paving currently limits it's services to independent inspection of pavement and related customer needs including evaluation of pavement condition and construction or repair options, work underway, for our clients. This service is provided by William Boles who is a retired highway engineer with over 41 years of total service in the industry. Mr. Boles also held an NC Highway & Heavy General Contractor's License For 27 years (until William's retirement in 2014), Boles Paving was dedicated to completing commercial and residential construction projects with high quality paving and restoration craftsmanship. We have been providing top performing pavement construction and maintenance services for over 27 years. Our technical qualifications base includes a registered civil engineer who was involved in every aspect of the project and brought 15 years of experience with the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA-USDOT) to the private paving industry. This knowledge allowed us to tackle very specialized and difficult pavement restoration projects. We were able to provide our customers with alternative solutions, which saved money from the onset of the project as well as long term.
