Bug and Insect Pest Control Service
From beginning to end, Amy and April make a fantastic team! Amy is knowledgeable and helpful in recommending the best timing and services to meet our needs. April, the owner, personally comes out to treat our property, which really sets this company apart. She is extremely detail-oriented and makes sure to address all of our problem areas in addition to providing thorough preventative pest control service.
This is our third year using Bonanza Pest Control, and we have no plans to go anywhere else!

"Mr. [Member Name Removed]; from what I can see, we provided service for you in 2014. Just curious why you are responding now, 3 years later. If you were not happy with the service, you should have called us immediately. If you recently called for service and we were not able to respond quickly, please understand that we have been short staffed for technicians and the winter/summer weather put us far behind. We are trying our best to accommodate all our callers, but there are only so many hours in a day. Any reputable pest control company will have a 2-3 week waiting list. We are very sorry that you felt our responsiveness and punctuality were not satisfactory and hope that in the future you will let us be of service to you."

Horrible experience due to totally ignorant office staff. Office staff instructed us to remove all contents of our home, just as if we were moving. They said to bag and box everything including contents of the kitchen cabinets. I questioned the instructions and spoke to a different person who gave me the same incorrect information. So we did exactly that spending hundreds of dollars, taking emergency leave from work/business, and working ourselves to near exhaustion. When exterminator arrived she explained that all we should have done is strip the bed, empty out the contents of the dresser, and wash everything thoroughly. She admitted that it wasn't the first time office staff had given incorrect instructions. We still got charged full price. Had I totally screwed a client like that, I would have had the decency to at least offer a discount or just do the work for free.

"Mr. [Member Name Removed]; in response to your message. When we are told by a customer that they have bed bugs we read (or give to the customer via email, mail or fax) a preparation sheet. If the customer has no email and the time is to short to mail it, we read from the sheet to the customer. In it, it DOES NOT state to remove items from the kitchen. Only items in affected rooms; i.e. bed rooms, living room couches and chairs. Yes, all clothing, bedding items need to be washed and placed in plastic bags prior to our treatment, items in dressers, nightstands need to be emptied as well. I apologize if you misunderstood our directions, or if the office staff mislead you. Did we eliminate your bed bugs? We didn't get a phone call from you stating that you still had a problem, so therefore, we assume that the problem was eliminated. The technician is my daughter and I don't believe that she would make a statement like that, but maybe that is what you believe she said. I am sorry that you were not pleased."

The technician was on time, professional, courteous and took the time to explain everything to me. I have had one other company spray for pests and they seemed to be completely annoyed by my presence, wanted to get in, out and on to the next job. Bonanza was the opposite and I have had much better results with their spray as I have seen no pests since they showed up. <br />

Professional, efficient, and comprehensive. Sprayed the exterior of our home (to include plants/trees) for spiders, spider mites, and other invasive insects. Spot sprayed interior of home. The spray used is not harmful to pets (once dried). Supposedly good for a year against pests. <br />

Last year I fought the ants in the kitchen for the entire spring/summer. I would seem to beat them back for a while, but if I ever went on vacation, they would take over again. This year I decided to try an exterminator. I called Terminix first, but they gave me such a complicated option involving contracts and longterm agreements. I told them I thought I would call somebody with whom I could make a more straightforward deal. <br /> So I called Bonanza. The woman on the phone was very nice. She said they were busy and couldn't come for a couple of weeks, I whined and she kindly scheduled the appointment sooner. When the exterminator came (a little late, but remember that I was a squeeze-in), he discussed the options with me: inside or out, or both, what kind of pests, etc. He explained that due to the warm winters, ants just didn't go away seasonally like they used to. He said that just spraying outside might not do the job, but since that was my preference, he'd do it that way and give me a lesser rate if he needed to return. <br /> He sprayed for some time, and I haven't seen an ant in my kitchen since. I think it may be the best $70 I ever spent. <br />
