Installed drainboard into existing gap in French drain, which was previously installed by this company, and sealed the gap with concrete. This was done efficiently and quickly and subsequent testing showed that the radon leakage into the basement was eliminated.

I wasn’t satisfied with the sales rep. They showed up on time. I don't understand why I have have to pay a fee to get an estimate when most companies that I call, I can get an estimate for free.

He has been wonderful. He came back and installed a second lateral drain. He is a gentleman and a wonderful business man. I would recommend him to anyone. They got the job done in one day. The scheduling was perfect.

The job was well done. They even replaced my slop sink in basement and removed the heavy cement one that was there at no extra charge. No water seepage problems since not even post Hurricane Irene and Sandy. No mess left behind. Very happy with work and would highly recommend.

The provider assessed the Basement Floor, Basement Walls, Floor Condition, Overall Mold Conditions
and any Visible Foundation Cracking.
The provider did not assess and/or address the following points - Landscape Drainage, Gutters, Down Spouts, Structure, Doors etc. Also, we never received our "15-point foundation inspection report".
We basically paid $55 for a sales pitch, and not for an inspection (same one we got form other companies... for free!). The sales person was trying to sell us the company's product, he never really did a full professional inspection, and we never received any report for this "inspection".

I bought this from one of the Angie's List offerings. The representative came out to the home and conducted a 15 point inspection of my basement. He informed me of issues I new I had and recommended some options. The representative was a gentleman and appeared to be knowledgeable. The review was fairly quick but then again I do not have a large basement. I just thought it be more involving. This service was conduct within the past year. I don't mind recommending them to others but get it via a Angie's List discount. It may prove informative to you for dampness and leakage.

Appointment was fine, fair estimate provided, and will likely use in the future when we are ready to conduct the service. However, we paid $62 for an "Angie's List Deal" and it turns out the company provides free estimates, so I paid $62 for absolutely no reason at all.
It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. He was pretty decent and was good. We did not get the work done because we did not sell the house. If we had the house sold, we probably would have went ahead with the work but we didn't. The experience was good. The guy was very thorough, knowledgeable, and he was good. There wasn't so much in the report. The price was descent and fair. It was good for the value that we got out of it. He was responsive and he came when he said he was. He did his work very throughly and quickly. He was very professional.

I called and inspector came 2 days later. It was an older basement that had water coming up from underneath the foundation and had cracks. I am renovating whole basement and needed it absolutely drained so there would be no possibility of flooding again. He went through basement and he quickly assessed job and gave me an estimate in writing that afternoon by e-mail. It was 60% less than 1 estimate I received and 30% less than another one. I accepted proposal and gave them a date to do install. They accepted and called back and asked if I would like to move it up. I did so they were excellent with the date they proposed. They showed up on time and got right to it. The installation foreman was courteous and informative. He told me what they were going to do and how long it will take. He kept his word on both parts. The job took 2 days. After job was finished there was a request that I realized I needed done. I called and asked they do it and they came back and did it no extra charge. Right after installation we had heavy rains for a few weeks and I did hear the drainage system kick in a few times. I was able to see it in action almost immediately and was pleased with it's performance.
From beginning to end I was highly impressed with the professional and personal touch of this company.
It went fine. It was just for an inspection. I've elected at this time not to go forward with any additional work. I want to get a couple of more estimates. For what I paid for, it was just fine. The gentleman was on time. He was knowledgeable. I was pleased. It was definitely worth the price. He did what I expected of him. If I decided to go ahead with the extent of the work that he recommended, I would definitely consider him.

They were recommended to us by our friends. They came when they said they were going to come and that’s important for us, because we work. We were really amazed at how clean they left everything and our house was spotless. We would definitely recommend them. Everybody was giving us the same price and that was really funny. They did good work. We had one little problem with them. We needed a permit and we didn’t know that, and they were supposed to get one. Eventually they did do that and but it took a while, and that also took a little bit of a harassment from our building inspector.

Very punctual and professional. This company is very neat and everything was cleaned up perfectly after the job. The quality of work was top notch. I wish all companies operated the way Bonded Waterproofing does.
I used the promotional discount from Angie's List to get an appointment to view my basement leak. I called on a Thursday and
Mr. Lou Alloro was here by Saturday morning, on time to view the problem. We set a date for 2 weeks later March 20, 2013 at 9:00 A.M. The workers arrived at 9:15 A.M. and completed the job by 12:15 P.M. They worked swiftly and the thoroughly with very little noise.
They cut about one foot trench from the inside perimeter of the wall and pitch it toward the sump pump. I had an existing sump pump from a previous excavation on the back wall which was installed by another waterproofing company several years ago. The original price to use the existing sump pump was $2800.00. My project was called a Deep Channel Pressure Relief System. It has a life time
guarantee. They also treated my walls for mold.
Since the existing sump pump was several (8 to 10) years old, I thought if best to replace with a new pump and the additional cost increased the price to $3100.00. If Bonded Waterproofing had to come back to replace the old pump the price would have been $600.00 so it was best to take the deal for additional $300.00 more from the original price. I requested they leave the old pump behind and they complied as requested. The workers did a clean job and I would hire and recommend them to my friends.

Showed up on time. Inspected outside the house, then the basement and then several areas in the upper floors where we had leakage problems as well, since they said they waterproof the whole house and not just the basement. He wrote up the report, recommended several repairs with quotes. Recommendations included basement treatment, window and sheetrock repair, gutter drain repair etc. I did think the whole inspection went faster than I had anticipated, but the inspector was very patient in answering all my questions and explaining things.
We wanted to waterproof our crawl space. Bonded was recommeded by a business associate and I did research (including Angie's List). They had very high marks. Communication with the office was a pleasure. Lou came quickly to give us an estimate.
This company has the patience of a saint! We changed the scope of work we had done and the timing so many times, I was embarassed. Bonded told me it was not problem, they would work with what I needed.
The work was scheduled for the Monday after the storm. I received a call telling me they had an opening the Friday prior toHurricane Sandy. I was so happy! I was warned by so many people that there would be dust everywhere. Didn't happen. The crew arrived right on time and were as nice as the folks in the office. They put up plastice and there was no dust anywhere! (I had a window in the crawl space, they used that to do everything.) They moved furniture to get into the crawl space and put everything back exactly in place when they finished. The work was slated to be completed in one day and it was.
When the guys left, everything was neat and complete.
Hurricane Sandy came and our crawl space was totally dry.
Lou, Tracy, Julie and the crew, thank you so much for having a great company.

Ron Ulrich was a delight to deal with from start to finish. Very professional and accommodating. Unlike other high-pressure waterproofing companies I had asked for quotes, he was responsive without being pushy. The job was completed on the agreed date and while this is a messy process, the men doing the work made every effort to keep the job as clean as possible during the work and left the basement as clean as possible when done. The system has worked fine since completion in 2007. I recommended this company to a family member who was equally satisfied with the work which was done more recently (sometime in 2011).

Very pleasant estimate and did the work on a timely basis. However, they did not know that a permit was needed to run a drain to the town storm drain. During the job the supervisor left the job site for two hours, and I had a hard time communicating with the workers, who did not speak english. The tie-in to the town storm drain was stopped by the town inspector due to no permit and now, 5 months later, despite the fact that I provided all instructions from the town, and even filled in most of the documentation required, and dozens of follow-up phone calls to Bonded, they have been completely unresponsive, and the tie-in is still not done. Will now have another company complete the job.

PS- Twice, one of the back-up charging units proved to be defective; they replaced it the first time, am now not even calling them, as what is the point?

Team of 8 removed old furniture, shelving to curb of house. All other furniture moved to middle. As the job produced a lot of dust, they taped plastic around the doorway to the basement, and at our request, taped the other entries in the room. We provided lunch, and although we offered, they refused a tip. Very professional, clean job. No more water in the basement. Definitely recommend.

Everything went as quoted and scheduled and the basement has been dry since the work was done in 2007. Ron Ulrich is great to deal with - not high-pressure like other companies that quoted this job. He completed a job for another family member in 2010 who was equally satisfied. I would not hesitate to recommend his service which is something I wouldn't say about most contractors.
