The plumber was great.

For starters, most of the people that came out to do the actual work were fine. My issue is that I have been waiting since the beginning of 2024 for a response on being overcharged for a duct run that was never completed as part of a nearly $20,000 project, despite several emails, phone calls, notes left on the account, etc. This is even including talking to someone on the phone who still calls me to set up yearly inspections as part of our Bonney Club membership. Not only that, but we have recently found evidence of mice in the house and in looking around the HVAC closet (which is within the conditioned living area and where mice have been) I was surprised to see that they left the ceiling of that closet wide open to the unconditioned attic space. No wire mesh (as was there before with insulation on top), no sheet metal (which was liberally used everywhere else, even to patch a drywall hole instead of using drywall), and certainly no insulation to replace what was there previously.

They destroyed the whole pipes that caused flooding to my neighbors. The water was off and every other day we need to go out to the street to turn it on. This company denied the responsibility but later reimbursed me for the first leak repair after employee acknowledging doing partial work. This project aims to address and fix the extensive leaks. Must be completely replaced, cause of leaks appears to be from over heating of the copper as locations are at ALL connections and bends in the pipe, too much to patch. Turns out Bonnie did not seal hole drilled for wire pipe with fireproof clocking. Inspector was able to complete online since did not have paperwork. He asked if I wanted Bonnie to refile or just reach out to them to swing by and fix their sloppy work. Bonnie agreed to come out and sets appointment for next Wed. Then I get a message from Bonnie stating that the inspection is showing completed online so they WILL NOT be coming out to repair and basically good luck!! This is some of the worst customer service I have seen in a long time! Not to mention the $1200 rebate I was pitched to have them upgrad my fuse box, just to find out that was false! I am speaking to Roseville Building Inspector Division tomorrow to reverse approval which was contingent on the repair

He replaced overhead lighting in my kitchen at a very reasonable cost and I am very happy with the result. They both were also very friendly and personable and wore masks and all other necessary protective equipment. I highly recommend them for electrical work!

The service was good, they were able to fix the problem and make my air conditioning run during the summer.

We needed a pipe unclogged. They came out yesterday, worked for 15 minutes, charged us $160 and didn't unclog the pipe. That's $640 per hour for zero results. It's unconscionable. Take heed people, do not call Bonney if you need a plumber. We had to call another company out today. It took them a few hours but they unclogged the drain for the SAME PRICE as Bonney charged for no results. Call anyone but Bonney if you need a plumber. They owe us $160 as far as I'm concerned.

horrible They come over, and charge you $49 just to give a sales pitch. On either spend over $250 to just call the hot water heater, or over $4600 for a new hot water heater. But if you sign up for their special program, they will knock the price down to over $4200! I actually called around, and found another company that was reasonable. In fact, when I told others about the price, they laughed, and said "SENIOR ABUSE - FIND SOMEONE ELSE!" ****, I lost $49 just to hear a carnival style sales pitch. I honestly don't know about Bonney's work, but I do believe that I discovered how they can afford to advertise so ubiquitously!

The work was done in I guess good timing and I am happy with outcome. I did not have them work another plumbing issue I had as the price was so high. I had another company do the additional job for half the price and the employee was much friendlier.

It went well. He came and unclogged the sink and it didn't take very long. My only complaint about their service was that they charged 3 times what other plumbers had charged me for this same service and I didn't find out it was going to be so high until he was there. I needed my sink unclogged badly so I paid it.

They used the part I had at the house to fix it. I bought it about a year ago, and had never put it in. I called them, and they came out to put the part in. It is working ok now. I have been using this company for 15 years now.

It was just a minor thing. It took them a little while. I would use them again.

They come out and do the service okay. They are too pushy to try and sell you on a new heating system. You can make an appointment for a new system and they don't come out. They're known to be high. I think they are high. When they come out, they will call you ahead of time.

They had a good program for heating and A/C like for $100 they come out and check in the fall to make sure the heating is running right and again in the spring to make sure the A/C is working right. They did their job. It was cheaper than anyone else and I got 2 services. The only thing they could do better is give me free heating and air conditioning.

They were excellent, fast and good service. It was a very good experience. They are excellent and did an wonderful job, very efficient, fast, professional and friendly.

We have a very small pipes. the bath to the street. It clogs there quite a bit.
