They had to have limbs pointed out to be cut off, many of them, even then not all the limbs hanging over my roof were cut down. I paid half the bill, with half left for the next month....charged me $$$$ for a “late” payment. Never again.

Turned out the airflow was increased by the seller so I didn't need as much work done. I had to vents turned into dedicated vents and that should resolve all the problems

The person doing the initial estimate was much more thorough and professional than and other company and spent 2-3 hours crawling all over the roof. When work started they showed up when they said they would, Got done on time. Complete cleanup every day. They did one roof section at a time. Rain delays were no problem as the sealed up every night. Worked rapidly and efficiently. Workers very polite and professional.

Cleaned moss of my roof. They treated it for moss and installed baskets in the gutters. I thought they were really great. I have a very steep roof. They were only ones willing to climb my roof. They were prompt, did a good job, cleaned up after themselves. There was 1 spot and they said to wait a week and the moss killer would kill it and it did. I didn't have to call them back.

Bonn Roof Care was wonderful. From my very first call to the final repairs everyone was so helpful, patient and professional. We had a difficult situation and they persisted until it was perfect. The crews were punctual and cleaned up every bit of debris. Megan in their office was especially wonderful. She is always cheerful and upbeat and always follows through.

The cost for roof cleaning was higher than other estimates I got, however I chose Bonn because I preferred their approach to fixing the deteriorating pipe jacks, which was also more expensive but was a more thorough solution to fixing the problem. I think this was because Bonn does complete roofing work and not just cleaning so they were able to offer complete replacement of the pipe flashings instead of a quick fix. Bonn was prompt at providing an estimate for the job and a scheduling the work. The crew showed up on time, worked hard, was courteous and did a good job cleaning up. Hand removal of the moss was slower than other methods but the crew did a good job. There was a problem starting the pump used to apply the moss barrier and the crew thought they'd have to come back and complete that part of the job another day. To my surprise they were back in about 1 hour and were able to complete all the work in the same day. I appreciated that the crew came back to finish because it was late in the day when they left so I hadn't expected they to return. I'm completely satisfied with all the work that was done. <br>

What a pleasure! The employee came out first and gave us the bid. He performed a thorough inspection at that time. The crew then came out on time and did a great job. They were punctual and polite. During the initial service we had mentioned we were going to have some chimney work done.What was so surprising is they came back a couple of weeks later to reinspect and to make sure we were happy with the service. They said they wanted to make sure the chimney service did not damage anything. They have made customers for life. <br />

<strong>Completely failed to show up on scheduled date. <br /> We called the office & they blamed it on a "former employee who probably scheduled & failed to put job on the books ON PURPOSE, to get even". <br /> Even if true, the office staff should NEVER have told me that; should have only APOLOGIZED profusely for waisting my time.<br /> No apology/empathy EVER expressed.<br /> Rescheduled appointment.<br /> Person who said he "was the scheduler" of all the jobs (called me & said he would come after to inspect & see that job was done properly) was also rude. Did not arrive on date he said he would to inspect job.<br /> Had to speak with office staff more than once & experience was always the same; even when they called me!<br /> Office staff & actual work scheduler or crew apparently have little if any communication. <br /> NO ONE seemed to care that this was a really bad experience!<br /> No apparent way (via email or phone) to contact owner or someone who might care about our experience. <br /> Only telephone # found was to same (unprofessional) office staff.<br /> Roof was cleaned as expected, but the cost (for the time spent) was ridiculous.<br /> Have used this business in the past & experience was good.<br /> Don't know what has changed, but definitely can no longer recommend.<br /> </strong> <br />

"The issue we had with your job not making it onto the schedule was true, and we were just being honest with you. I DID apologize "profusely" and even offered to have the crew there the very next morning. You refused and said you would not be using our services again. I apologized some more. You then called us a couple weeks later and asked us to put your job back on the calendar. We did, and I made sure the crew supervisor was there right after the job was completed to ensure everything was done to satisfaction and there would be no further complications. We were very apologetic and nice to you with every contact as we felt sincerely empathetic for the initial scheduling mishap. And when you stated your attempts to contact the owner went unanswered...it was me (Debbie) the owner you who contacted you the moment we discovered the issue, and I was completely apologetic from the onset. Again today, I am sincerely sorry for the problems this caused you and would only hope for your understanding and consideration in giving us a chance to prove ourselves. Debbie Covert , Owner"

This is my third year using their service. Two years ago they cleaned my roof, gutters, downspouts, seaed the roof and did a moss treatment . Last year they cleaned roof, gutters, downspouts, sealed the roof and placed mesh baskets at the top of each downspout to catch needles and debris from my trees. This year was also just a general cleaning. The mesh baskets were still in place and doing their job of keeping the downspouts clear and functioning well. I will be signing a 4 year contract with them to do maintenance and moss treatment each year. <br /> I live under a lot of healthy Douglas Fir trees, so have serious needle drop and lots of shade. <br /> Making appointments is easy, there is a call to confirm and give me a time the day before the appointment. The workmen are friendly, remember the house, and clean up the site well. <br />

Good, but they still need to do a quality control check on May 1st to make sure the treatment works and the owner wants to make sure the workers did a good job. I was confused by the lead workers information about the treatment and I spoke to the owner, who is going make sure the employees explain better what to expect to customers. The only issue was the employees who left multiple cigarette butts on the ground behind where the work vehicle was parked on the street in front of the house and I also spoke to the owner of the business. I was told by the owner on May 3rd someone would be out to remove the cigarette butts and disciplinary action would be taken. I removed the cigarette butts myself on May 5th, which was a Sunday and I told the owner when I last talked to him that I did not want anyone to get in trouble. I initially was given the 5% discount and prior to ordering the service I asked if they could do better on the cost. The owner authorized another 5% and that was much appreciated. The constant e-mails asking me to rate the sevice was too much and not appreciated. I pay for the service and I'm not going to be harassed by Angie's list on these issues, please stop. <br />

"Again, we are very sorry for the guys leaving cig butts on the curb...when we spoke to you on Friday, Apr 3rd, we told you that they would come back to pick them up. They were there this morning (Tues) to do so, but as you say, you already did it over the weekend. They were spoken to about this, and I assure you it won't happen again. I'm not sure what is happening with the "harassing " requests for reviews, it's not coming from us. I will check into the concern with Angie's List to see if they send multiple requests and ask them not to."
