More than once these guys have come to my house within hours for plumbing emergencies they work me in on weekends their really quite incredible, they really very good.

All he had to do was four outlets. He stole my jewelry.

Very well. The electrician showed up on time, worked quickly & effectively.

They called back in a timely manner to make an appointment, showed up on time and seemed to work efficiently.  They were very clear about the charges and no unexpected charges showed up on my bill.  Would definitely use them again. <br />

The scheduler was very pleasant and cooperative.  We had a glitch on our end which was our fault and was quickly and happily resolved.  The work was done quickly and efficiently with no mess or fuss and everything works perfectly.  The electrician was also gracious and pleasant to have around and seemed very accomplished.  We live quite a ways out of Portland, so it can be difficult to get workmen, especially good ones. We were very pleased and will be glad to hire the same firm again, if the need arises. <br />

I called six electrician firms on a Sunday needing help that day or the next due to a real estate transaction. 3 never called back. Stan, owner of  Boones, called back first having an opening on Monday.  When one of their crew that was assigned to me was running behind, they assigned Mark to switch over to my booking.  Mark was very friendly, knowledgeable.  The bill was reasonable.  Overall, a great experience and I'd use them again in a heartbeat. <br />

<p>I called at 9am and they had a man, Tyson, available.  By 11am he was out and within minutes he had diagnosed the problem.  Cut it out and reconnected the wires securely.  He was familiar with the old wiring, knew how to deal with the old fixture, and I didn't have to purchase a new fixture.  No parts involved.  The previous company I called said I would have to purchase an upgraded fixture and have it available before they would even come out. Tyson saved me a lot of personal time and effort and was well worth the minimum $85 service call.  The other company was $105 for the first hour of diagnosis.</p> <br />

The company solved the problem and corrected another problem discovered during their visit. Excellent service, very helpful.  Will definately use again.

They addressed changing out lighting and fixtures.

I called for an estimate for above mentioned services based on good reviews on Angie's list.  A person came out and took detailed notes on everything I wanted. He sat out in his truck after that visit and I thought he was completing his estimate, thinking I would receive it very soon. Wrong.  A week later, after I heard nothing, I called and finally got the estimate.  The person doing the estimate made a big deal about the electrician being able to get in at 7:30 am. I told him it was hard for us to leave the house that early, but we did accommodate him.  At 7:30, no one had arrived, so I stayed home until the electrician finally arrived at 8. He said he had been at a coffee shop because the scheduler told him not to arrive before 8 am. I had literally spoken to him the night before and he insisted the start time was to be 7:30.  That was the first miscommunication.  The estimator also made a big deal about getting the correct color switches and plates to match what was already in the house.  When the electrician came, he had the wrong products; wrong color, and cheap dimmer switches I wouldn't want in my house. I went to Home Depot to get the correct ones, which the electrician installed. If I hadn't done that, the work would not have been completed in as timely a manner. <br /> The person doing the work was wonderful. The person doing the estimating was very nice, but the communication was frought with problems. If I were to rate only on the electrician doing the work, it would be all A's.  <br /> When they were all done, they left the old meter outside the house uncovered. I called them and they promptly came to correct, in time for the electrical inspection which passed without incident. <br />

The front office was professional and gave us options and estimate for work immediately. We were able to schedule within the week. Mike arrived on time and quickly developed a rapport with my husband who assisted in the work. He was professional, knowledgeable, and conscientious. Mike removed his shoes in the house and quickly went to work without wasting time. My husband was able to take two trips to Home Depot because the fan didn't come with long enough screws out of the box while Mike continued on the work. Overall great experience and we would use them again.  <br />

From the moment I called Boones Ferry Electric, things went as well as I had hoped.  I had 2 other companies bid on the project, but their bids came more than 5 days later than Boones Ferry Electric.  Their turn around on the bid was 2 days.  I didn't even wait for the other bids, as we wanted to get moving on the project.  They had the job done in one day and it looks great.  We couldn't be happier with their work.  It seems routine, but that fact that it was done on time, with no issues along the way and passed inspection was, while expected, great.  We are now enjoying our new hot tub. <br />

Office team were responsive to my questions and worked with me to accommodate my scheduling needs.  Electrician, Mark, arrived on-time, was courteous and professional and worked quickly to achieve excellent results.  And he finished the work under the estimated time, while providing thoughtful responses to my overall electrical questions.  This is the second time I've used Boones Ferry Electric and will continue to call on them in the future.  Great work - thank you!   <br />

He was great.  Worked quickly, and communicated well.  Answered all my questions.  And he took the time to put my dogs at ease when he arrived.  All good! <br />

It went very well. We like them. They're responsive. The owner came out and looked at the job. They did a good job and were good in following up. We were very happy with them. They were recommended to me by a neighbor. If I live there, I would use them again.

They were very honest.  Gave me a phone estimate based on my questions.  When the electrician came he found out the scope was not so bad and lessened his hours. Brian Black was very good and I can't say enough about him. I would recommend him to others!

Went well and much quicker than I had anticipated. <br />

The old 8' flourescent light fixtures in our stable needed replacing.  Neil recommended new 4' high efficiency sealed fixtures for the dusty environment.  I was skeptical that 4' fixtures could replace 8' and give me the same amount of light, so Neil sent extra fixtures.  We onlly needed to use 4 because they are super bright.  We have more light now in half the space than with the old fixtures and are extremely pleased. <br />

I don't believe there were any don'ts but he was as i stated before early and ready with the supplies to install the recessed lights and the ceiling light fixture.  Michael was friendly and industrious and completed his assignment on time and he also cleaned the area afterwards. <br />

They look beautiful and the employees were great to work with. We have already recommended them to others.

From the original bid to the completion of the project, they were on time, professional and courteous.  They did good work and I would definitely use them again. <br />

Neil came onsite and gave useful input as we decided what work to do, he was also prompt and helpful with producing and fine-tuning the work order.  The crew were Tony and Riley and they got it all done in one day.  The work was performed competently.  The fan motor replacement was a custom job and saved us money because we didn't have to replace the housing or go into the attic.  Also, we have an infant and I greatly appreciated the crew's sensitivity as they were very quiet and didn't wake him up.  Would hire them again. <br /> <br />
