BOOTH'S HOME REPAIR

Todd and Dave did a wonderful job on my new kitchen floor and they also did repairs for ice dam damage along with several small plumbing issues. They are very personable and willing to do even the smallest service. They listen carefully and are very accommodating. Their work is excellent, they are tidy and careful of their surroundings. I have already asked them to return for additional projects and I highly recommend them.

We had mold that another company removed. Todd and Dave at Booth Home repair were very professional during the estimate phase and pointed out a few areas the other three contractors did not see. They were punctual, friendly and had a reasonable quote. They started when they said they would, and treated our house as if it were their own. We are more than pleased with their finished work and would recommend them highly.

Communicative and effective

I had been compiling a list of projects /repairs for quite a while. Reached out to Todd Booth’s company based on the 5 star reviews! Working with these professionals was EXCEPTIONAL at the very least. My “punch list” included repairing/purchasing/replacing new doors, hanging a bannister, replacing a baluster, measuring and ordering an outdoor screen….hanging a light, plastering-painting and the hanging curtain rods, assistance with restoring bar stools …. Within days I was emailed a detailed quote on each project! Todd and Dave were punctual, professional, kind, tidy and just really nice people! Todd found little extra ways to make the home safer- adding an extra bracket to two bannisters that were not as secure as they could be/ nailing a loose piece of wood on stairway….the kicker was Todd searched and searched for the right window turn handles- and HE FOUND THEM!!!! Way to go Todd! Prices were on point! Worth every penny! My dwelling is back to feeling like a home - thanks to all their efforts!!!!! Can’t recommend them enough!!!!!! Hoping to have them back to assist with some interior painting this fall!

Door hinge replacement

There's no category for Cabinet repair, which is what was done. It went well. He pointed out less than quality work by the initial installers. He show me what to do if other cabinets also have the same problem.

Todd and Dave provide outstanding services. Their work came in under budget and they adjusted accordingly. They were professional, courteous, prompt, neat, and quiet. We have already hired them for another project. I really can't say enough.

They did a great job, they came early, they were prompt, they did exactly what they said they would do, explained how long it could take, cleaned up nicely, very professional to work with, very helpful with the ideas or suggestions for the work, making it better and I would definitely hire them again.

Todd was great to deal with. He came and gave me an itemized estimate for several jobs that I needed to have done. He understood the fact that I needed to do the jobs in stages and was very accommodating. He did an excellent job replacing the basement window and offered me several options to choose from to make sure the setup was pest-proof.. I will not only be using him again for my other projects, but I have also given his name to friend;s and family for their needs.

Todd and Dave were great. They were extremely professional and the quality of their work was more than I expected. During the cabinet installation they were able to use extra material to create extra shelving and a great decoration piece that covered over an ugly vent pipe jutting out of a wall that wasn't originally in the designers plans. It came out looking beautiful and you would never have guessed it was there. They were very friendly and easy to work with guys which was relieving after meeting with other contractors for quotes and getting attitude on size of the job and that I didn't buy the cabinets or counter top through them. Would highly recommend as Todd stands by his quote (minus unforeseen issues for materials) and is a honorable contractor to work with.

Great! I am already starting to compile my next list for Todd.

Todd came the day after we called to give us a quote, and was able to do the work two days later. We were thrilled with Todd's punctuality, professionalism and performance. I had tried to remove the old wood myself at one point without any luck. It took him longer than he expected, but he got the job done and did not charge me extra for the time spent. He was meticulous about getting the door hung correctly, spending several hours in touch up work (sanding the door to fit, adding a layer of concrete to level out our old frame, etc.), that most people would not have done. You can tell that he takes pride in his work. I was very impressed that he stuck with his quote, even when both jobs took him several hours longer than expected. I would definitely recommend him and use him again.

Awesome service. Called and he was able to come over the same day and get this swapped out for me. Even took the old window away which I wasn't expecting. Will definitely call them again.

We were very pleased with the good communication, flexibility in scheduling, and all around professionalism. The repairs and installation went very smoothly and came out perfectly. Todd was able to tell us exactly what to expect, gave us a binding "not-to-exceed" estimate, and we paid up front for materials only, and labor only upon completion and satisfied with results. Also, it was NO problem whatsoever that we purchased our own vanity. Other places I called tried to discourage this. <br /> Here are the bullets we dodged before finding Todd Booth: <br /> Prior to finding Booth's Home Repair, we tried to have this work done by 2 other companies. The first one also supplies home heating oil as their main business I believe. They had a seemingly junior guy come out to look at the toilet - he said he would get the repair kit, but then just never called us back. When we tried to find out what happened, someone else told us the supplier told them the whole toilet had to be replaced, at a cost to us of around $500. I could not get anyone to explain this to me, I think they just didn't want to do the job, they never even charged us for the evaluation. <br /> The next place we called, never had the plumber call us back, even after multiple conversations with their receptionist. We gave up after three calls to them, and acknowledging that maybe the job was too small to make it worth their time. No job is too small they said, but we never got one call back. <br /> By that time we thought it was just us - our puny job truly wasn't worth anyone's time...But the third try was the charm for sure. <br /> We absolutely plan on having Todd do future work for us - as it turned out, he had worked in our house before we bought it, which was nice because the work he did is great quality, and he's very familiar with the style of home we bought.

Everything was done very professionally. He also made recommendations on moving kitchen counter. Very knowledgeable.
