Let me begin by saying the gate they repaired looks fine so that is not the issue. The customer service needs some work. The technician did not show up to provide an estimate as agreed which was not a huge problem but the invoice ended up being $50 more than quoted to cover any extras. The tech did show up on the agreed date but he was very argumentative when asked basic questions. I am not in the habit of going back and forth with anyone let alone someone I pay to provide a service. He seemed to take my questions as an attack on his work when I was just seeking clarity. So, overall he performed the work as requested but I would not hire the company again because customer service is just as important to me as the quality of the work.

Came and finished the work in one day, when it should have taken 2. Cleaned up everything and hauled it out. Very friendly, very nice, and price was very reasonable. Very happy with job, and would highly recommend.

All work was done in one day by Bray Borja and his helper. Everything looks great and job site was cleaned very well once they were done.
