The deposit was made on 7/19/2023 and the demolition process began around 7/26/2023 or 7/27/2023. The provider removed kitchen cabinets and counter tops, pulled up flooring, baseboards, walls, and removed a large bookshelf and closet doors in the den area. The provider also removed the toilet, sink, and shower walls in the master bathroom. The provider took measurements of the counter tops and cabinets in the kitchen area as I advised that I wanted the same height and similar structure of the current cabinets. We ordered new cabinets but when the provider installed them, they were significantly shorter than the previous cabinets and were not cut correctly to fit in the desired area. The provider installed the sink incorrectly resulting in a leak and damage to the new cabinet area under the sink. The provider then put up 1 coat of paint in the den area. Around this time communication began to falter with the provider. He would state that he would come over to complete tasks but never showed up or responded to calls and texts. We also ordered furniture for the master bathroom (sink, toilet, shower walls and flooring) we have yet to receive any of those items. The provider had his assistant come to start on the tile and flooring in the master bath; but the bathroom has yet to be completed. We have not been able to contact the provider as he no longer responds to calls or texts. He has taken our money and left our home in shambles.

BOSG brought a crew to do demolition back in April since they did the demo there is only the owner of the business and one other person whenever they come. The renovation is for the kitchen however as of today 9/16/24 there is no working being done over the summer I can say that I only saw the contractors there about 6 times they come at 4PM an stay for about 2-3 hours yes I can say that at least twice they were there for a total of 4 hours. Jerry was replacing the windows in the kitchen he left the house boarded up for about 3 days until my husband Tracy had to tell him he didn't want his house boarded up when the replacement windows were there. Everything this company has done my husband have had to have them redo because the work is tacky. As of today 9/16/24 the project is not complete and the contractor is not willing to give us a date for completion. In June an agreement was made and additional contract was signed for the vaulted ceiling that job the taping was tacky as well.

They were excellent. They did an excellent and great job.

It was great the installer was on time very professional and a pleasure to work with I would definitely work with them in the future. Mom has dementia and can be very difficult at times but she enjoyed having him in the house and spoke very highly him also.
