Contacted Angi for contractors for roof shingle replacement beginning of August. Received 3 quotes and chose to work with Bo shepherd Construction. Bo reached out via the Anji app and called and texted. He sent over a quote to my email and called my insurance agent Dan Crocker of State Auto to discuss his quote and make sure it could work for extra funds, if needed. After this was confirmed possible. Bo sent a quote for the work and requested payment through venmo to start the work on the roof the following week. I paid 1/2 by venmo and the other have was sent to Bos home address via usps mail and as a personal check. Once bo was paid we discussed on 8//23 that the work would start the week 8/28 . When Monday 8/28 came around. I reached out to Bo for a confirmed start date and no response. On Tuesday 9/29, i reached out again, via email, text and phone with a voicemail and no response. Bo typically responded same day. After no responses , I reached out to Angi for resolution support

Bo Shepherd and his crew were great to work with, they completed the job and did a wonderful job of cleaning up and making sure everything worked properly. I would recommend Bo to anyone, work was great and price was the best I could hope for!

It was great. They were very quick. They were in and out in a weekend. They cleaned up their mess very well. Soon after they did the roof, we had a really bad storm and we lost some shingles and they came right back and fixed it. They were the least expensive from the 3 companies I got quotes from.

Not well. The sag. in the floor went unnoticed until I asked how they would deal with it. Their answer: one bag of floor leveler. The room was on the second floor of a 100 year old house. It wouldn't hold the amount of floor leveler required. So at my suggestion, they put down a layer of plywood, without checking with a level to see if it was level, and tiled on top of that. It was not level. These people either don't know what they're doing, or they don't care -- as long as they get their money. Demanded half up front before anyone ever showed up. Who ever heard of laying a tile floor without starting from. the middle of the room, and without using a level. Duh!
