The entire crew of three could not have been more responsive or polite. Nothing was to much to ask them to do. We sold our beach house and moved the contents to four different locations. Later in the fall they are moving some of the items to Florida for us. Truly hard working team that wants to find a way to make your move easy.

These guys were amazing.   They came exactly when the said. They worked very hard and had great attitudes. Extremely polite and strong! They were honest about EVERYTHING.

Eugene, Joe and Stephen are just the best!  This was at least my third move with Bos; the others involved whole home moves to different neighborhoods as well as one from Virginia Beach to the DC area.  These three are professional, careful and hard working!451 <br />

The packers were on time and careful packing all the dishes and furniture.  All were very good at their job and great to work with. The company was accommodating to our time table and delivered everything on time.  The move went very well.  We were very satisfied. <br />

<p><br /></p> <p>The positive thing was only one small thing was broken but I was very disappointed that the estimate in time and money was so far off. I emailed to complain and did not receive a reply. </p> <p><br /></p> <p>Would not ever recommend this company and I was surprised because I had heard good things about them.</p> <br />

LOUSY Service!!! DO NOT USE BOS!!! I went to the office and spoke to Debbie because I had a brand new refrigerator among the items to be moved. Debbie assured me they moved refrigerators all the time and moving mine would not be a problem. The problem was not my refrigerator but the two DORKS posing as movers. They were packing up to leave and my refrigerator was still in the garage, I asked and quot;What about the refrigerator?and quot; and they said the couldn't put it in the house because it still had the plastic and styrofoam packing on it! WHAT??? Not one word was said the entire time they were unloading the truck that the packing needed to be removed!!! I removed the packing materials myself then the DORKS proceeded to damage both my front and back door jams as they tried to figure out which door they could fit the refrigerator through. <br />

I hired BOS Enterprise for a full-service move in Virginia Beach (to pack/box all my possessions). Overall, I was satisfied with their service. <br /> I scheduled the move less than two weeks prior to our move-in date, which was a breeze. <br /> The movers were scheduled to arrive between 9:30 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. They arrived at 10:15, which was not seriously late. But when moving a 4 bedroom house, I do expect to start promptly. <br /> The move proceeded quickly once the three movers arrived. They finished packing and loading the truck at about 6:00 p.m. However, there was not enough space in the truck for all of my belongings. So I did have to make an additional trip myself for various items (clothing rack, vacuum/cleaning supplies, and other random items). I was disappointed that the truck could not accommodate everything, but at least it was only one car trip's worth of items, none of which was very heavy or bulky. <br /> The movers took a short break for dinner and arrived at the new house at approximately 6:45 p.m. They finished unloading the truck and re-assembling the furniture at approximately 10:15 p.m. <br /> I haven't noticed any damage to my belongings, although I have not finished unpacked all of my belongings. But judging from what I have unpacked, I do not expect to find anything broken or damaged. If I do, I will update the review accordingly. However, after the movers left, I noticed that there were four large screws placed on one of my bookcases. I discovered that these screws belonged to my daughter's crib. I thought the movers should have asked me where I thought the screws belonged rather than leaving them for me to find. Perhaps this was simply an oversight, but when it comes to furniture in general, and cribs in particular, proper assembly is essential. <br /> The three movers were very friendly and professional. They were well-supplied with packing materials. <br /> Again, I was satisfied with BOS's service overall. <br />

The two-man crew was on time, efficient, courteous and careful with my stuff. The job took exactly two hours, and I appreciated that they honored their original quote without trying to stretch it. <br /> Bos' price was very reasonable compared to two others I had been quoted. I would recommend this company without hesitation. <br />

The movers arrived on time and worked quickly. The three men were professional and pleasant to work with. They removed the items from our old house and placed in the new house right where we wanted them. In some cases, when the furniture was too big to go where we wanted it, they were very accommodating as we determined alternative locations. It was very impressive that they were careful about not banging up walls as they moved very large pieces up a flight of stairs and through doorways. The job was completed in a very timely manner and we are completely satisfied.

Let me start by saying that my wife and I have moved many times, with many different movers, both within the continental US and overseas, so we've seen good and bad movers. We know the difference. Bos Enterprises (I'll call them Bos Moving) was among the best. <br /> When I called Bos Moving I expected difficulties due to my short fuse time frame. David Bos returned my call immediately and came to my home the same day (actually in the evening) and estimated the weight of the items we had identified to move. He noted that he had another customer moving some items to the same general area and that it would allow shared use of one truck so we both would see a somewhat lower cost. He provided an estimate (fixed price) the next morning and said they could pick up and move the items within two days and deliver a day or two after that. This fit our schedule perfectly, as we would be at the destination when delivery was scheduled. <br /> The crew arrived on time, they were cordial and did an excellent job packing and loading. They were very professional. When I asked if my shipment would have to be unloaded and re-loaded on another truck in view of the other customer using the same truck, I was assured it would not and that they would seal (partition) the moving van so nothing would be confused, misplaced, or mis-delivered. They also noted that since my furniture would be held on the truck overnight pending the next-day pickup of the other customer's goods, the entire truck would be kept in their climate-controlled warehouse. Delivery was scheduled for two or three days later. We were thrilled. It all fit so well. <br /> As it happens things don't always work out as planned. Unfortunately, their truck broke down before it left the Virginia Beach area and delivery was delayed. Bos Moving kept me informed of what was going on, although the amount of time needed to repair the truck was unknown. They anticipated delivery about two days late. So far so good. It still fit our schedule. <br /> Bos Moving called saying my goods would be delivered about four or five days after originally planned. This still worked for us as we were still available to receive the shipment. But delivery could not be delayed any further as we had to leave the destination area. The truck arrived exactly on the revised delivery date, five days (including a weekend) after expected. The delivery crew was similarly cordial and professional. All the furniture and other items were delivered in perfect condition. <br /> I should note that I was concerned because the delivery truck was a different truck (a rental) which meant they had to unload and reload my goods. But there were no problems with, or damage to my goods. In retrospect I was impressed that Bos Moving actually obtained another moving van to make our delivery in time to meet our schedule. Further, that all our furniture and goods arrived without any damage attests to the care they exhibited in loading our goods onto another truck. It confirmed the perceptions we had made from dealing with David Bos and his crew in Virginia Beach... they are top notch. <br /> As a final kudo for Bos Moving I must add that when we asked if they could take a single item (a large couch) back to Virginia Beach for us, David Bos immediately said yes. No hassle, no question. Now that's customer service! <br /> So in summary, from start to finish I was impressed with Bos Moving. They were very responsive, cordial, professional, and most helpful. Yes, there was a minor delay, but it was more than offset by their actions to quickly address the delay in delivering our goods to meet our schedule, and to offer some additional cost-free assistance. Well done to Bos Moving. I'll use them again if we have another move from Virginia Beach.

They are excellent priced. They are professional and I highly recommend them. They are a professional team. I was very pleased with their work. God Bless. Bay

They weren’t supposed to arrive in my house until I was there, but they came early and started unloading without me. They were supposed to put belongings in the rooms that they were labeled for, but the packed the majority of my things in one room and in my basement instead. They did not unpack anything even though I had paid them to unpack. They charged me to take apart a treadmill but they didn’t actually end up taking it apart. They demanded a tip and said they would not unload my furniture without one. They left damage on a number of my items and have refused to pay for it. I have contacted them over and over again since this happened and they have ignored my many calls and emails. Once I offered to settle for a smaller amount, they said that they would send me a check but never. I have also sent pictures of the damages so that they would have proof. They also left items at my home in Virginia Beach, which I had to have someone pick up and put in storage. <br /> <br /> They were completely unprofessional and very careless with all of my personal belongings. I paid them to pack everything, and they didn't even pack properly. They packed heavy things next to breakable things and have no judgement when it comes to taking care of belongings. They were inefficient and I would never recommend them to anyone.

We will never hire Bos again. It was only a twelve mile move, and they got so lost that we had to wait for several hours before they arrived. When they did, they were rude and did not behave in a very professional manner. On top of that there were numerous pieces of furniture that were damaged in the move; one of which was not replaceable.

They took us under very short notice. Luckily they had a cancellation that day. I was very impressed with that. Our heaviest furniture was upstairs and they managed to get it down and loaded with no problems or no complaining either. They didn't break anything. They were extra careful to wrap everything.

Bos Moving was a great moving company and we were very happy with them. We had a pineapple pendant missing from our bed so we called them to inquire about it. They told us that it had dropped in the truck and they brought it out right away and put it back on the bed for us.
